Excellent location with free parking in adjacent car park. Staff were very helpful.

The location was great. And the baby cot was installed as booked.

We had to pay 6€ for a one year old breakfast

The breakfast was great with attentive staff. They even stayed at the desk beyond reception hours for me to check me in and made an exception to make my stay easy. The bed was clean and comfortable too which is what you want after biking all day. They let me store my bike in their garage.

The bathroom has some mildew or hints of potential mold specs above the shower. But it was well cleaned.

The receptionist was just leaving when we arrived and told me we couldn't have the room until he returned from his break. But when he saw my wife was in a wheelchair, he relented. The place was fine, though we couldn't work out how the blinds worked

Breakfast was nothing more than adequate, though the staffmember couldn't do enough to help.I understood parking was included, but ended up doing on-street parking and wondering if I was going to get a ticket...

Clean and tidy , brilliant location Manager of hotel was excellent

Unfortunately it was near a nightclub that went on till 3am

Good location, nice light room and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast

Noisy at night as on same street as bar that doesn't close until 1am even on weekdays. Interior decoration poor but room have been renovated to good standard. Not good Value for Money as mainly paying for location

    Very convenient location

I appreciate that this is a budget hotel but during our two night stay there was no housekeeping whatsoever and we had to request fresh towels. To make matters worse the morning of our departure there was no hot water and we had to take a cold shower! Our first floor room window(which we had to have open for fresh air) opened out onto a glazed roof of a pedestrian walkway, with a rain gutter just below the window sill. This gutter was in a poor and uncleansed condition leading to stagnant pooling of water, encouraging mosquitos which gave us multiple bites.

Excellent location, helpful staff, covered on site parking, lift, tea and coffee facilities in comfortable room.

    6GaylePosted on: 3-20-2024

Location in the centre of Concarneau was perfect

I was moved to a mobility reduced room without requesting or requiring one, that was filthy with hair blocking the shower and general lack of cleaning.

    Reception was very good

It was very basic for a 3*hotel won’t be returning to a Brit hotel

    8StephenPosted on: 9-15-2023

Excellent location close to all the bars and restaurants. Nice spacious room.

Parking was an issue during our trip because parking spaces were not available as the car parks were being used to house local markets.

    Nice family running it

Left shutters open first night got mosquito. Advice for silly UK people not used to them be good

    6LetiziaPosted on: 8-23-2023

Location close to the city center

Poor information about public parking; relation between price and services. No water available in the room and not possibility to buy at hotel.

This hotel was in a great location in Concarneau so was perfect for exploring the town. We only stayed one night but would definitely return. The room was fine. Great restaurants, bars and shops to walk to. We also asked to the local beach. Concarneau is a beautiful place and this hotel is in a great location to explore the town and local area.

    Nothing. It was all good.

Good value. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast

    10SusanPosted on: 6-6-2023

Incredible staff. So helpful. Reserved taxis to other towns as I can’t hear well on the phone. A balcony that let in lots of light and fresh air. Great bed and shower. Simple but all you need and the location is perfect

Lowering the blinds needs instruction but staff showed me
