Location was amazing! Ocean view with surf breaking below our deck. Loved it!

Our room was generous with a huge oceanfront balcony and very cool decor and features. The bathroom was large and had an excellent soaking tub. And the view was phenomenal. We stayed an extra day just to watch the storms roll in and then the rainbows break out. We had two terrific dinners in the restaurant as well as drinks on the patio and really superb breakfasts. The staff was also wonderful. Could not have been happier, and such a good value!

Not a thing!

The apartment was in a fantastic location! Right on the beach with a huge wraparound terrace. Interior design was very nice. Queen bed very comfortable. Friendly staff starting the second day.

Our welcome at check-in was not great. The woman helping us was unfriendly & dismissive, never a smile. Really gave us a bad impression at first. But afterwards we had some very friendly service, so it might just be that one. Despite staff trying, they could never get the jacuzzi to get hot. The second bedroom in the apartment was so small that it was very hard to walk around the twin beds, no place for any luggage at all, & the shower/sink was very small. We were told that the apartment will be renovated soon, so these issues will probably become irrelevant.

Everything was fantastic! The rooms are spacious with beautiful views and decor. The Nuxe products in the bathroom, the restaurant bar, dining room, entertainment and food also great!

The location and the view from your bed! Amazing!

All was super ok! But, is not a good sign to not have coffee in the room. Instant coffee is quite not ok for that kind of hotel. Could be better!

Really liked the room's interior design, standard of finish, comfort and views from the small balcony. Plus listening to the waves on the beach from the room.

The hotel reception also being the reception for the bar / restaurant. A smokey environment so not the best first impression.

Great staff, great food and great location

Everything was exceptional. The rooms had a fantastic view. The rooms themselves were top comfort and quality. Large. Everything about this hotel was perfect.

Maybe in the summer it can be hard to park. I don't know, it was winter when we went. But that's the only I could think that could potentially be a problem.

The restaurant and staff were excellent. The food was very good.

Too long a wait to check in, and too long a wait for the bar. Room was tired, and needs an update

The location

The prices were very high, fridges were poor in the room

The view is facing the sea, nice from bed.

Where do we start:- Obviously, the owners are more interested in running weddings and conferences, rather than taking care of the facilities.- The staff seem all very young, and left to their own device... no experienced staff or a superviser / manager seem to be around.- The building is outdated, needs of a major overhaul, painting needed, wardrobe doors missing...- The shower is slippery, hard to handle, shower head impossible to direct.- The spa is outside, not private, not inviting.- The food was average.- Parking is public, very small, hard to get a spot.This hotel is run down, and only good for a gathering such as wedding, or night out for drinks on balcony.

No AC, very old finishing of the room decoration, this facility requires renovation.

Location and restaurant

AC broken during heat wave. Hotel needs renovation. 4 stars not warranted.

The room was lovely, but there were stains on the spare pillows and no pillowcase cover, and the toilet had been used.We also ordered room service, but the next morning the seagulls woke us up early because the tray containing our plates had not been collected.

The same music was playing continuously, and we were unaware that there was a DJ from late afternoon until the evening.

Staff at hotel and in restaurant super helpful and accomodating. Waiter on lovely porch overlooking beach as sun went down went out of his way to find good seats for us, get us drinks quickly (which we were much in need of after four-hour drive. Food was terrific. Room with great view, breeze, comfortable bed, well-designed bathroom...overall very nice experience.

Its proximity to the beach, good food, very pleasant staff

No onsite parking, uncomfortable outside seating, room was dark (walls painted dark blue)

Location was excellent and the bonus of getting the hot tub room the kids loved it. Brill views and the sound of the waves at night was lovely.
