Kyriad Quimper Sud

Laurence at the front desk was super helpful. She suggested a good itinerary. Also, we arrived just as lunch time was coming to an end and she called a friend with a restaurant nearby who patiently waited for us to come and served one of the best meals we have had on this trip (we have been traveling across Europe for almost one month) Room was comfortable and served our purpose.

No elevator but stairs easy to manage with luggage.

The couple that run the hotel were excellent hosts, friendly and very helpful and with the location on the outskirts of Quimper with a bus service nearby every 11 minutes and plenty of parking it's ideal for visitors to both Quimper and Brittany in general and we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

No Aircon but it wasn't a problem.

Sadly my room had a void under the sink and the drains were chucking up....

The hotel was very quiet whern I checkin in on a sunday evening. I was upgraded to a bigger room although this did not seem all that large. It was not ideal for my needs but was inexpensive.

Room divided by a wall and doorway which communicated between a desk&sofa (and showroom) on one side and small bedroom (with loo incorporating hanging/storage space). I paid extra for breakfast but this was pretty average comapred to those at other places that I stayed in in my trip to Brittany that week. The hotel is quite remote from the cenre of the city and the walk back in the rain after dinner one evening was challenging in the dark. I had thought that it would be easy to leave the city to get back to Brest airport on the Tuesday morning but there was a lot of traffic (and roundabouts) to negotiate to get out of the city.

Quiet location. Large bed. Good shower.

Hotel is some way from town centre. About 25 minutes by foot.

Despite the hotel's situation just off the ring road in a business park it is well served with a bus route into town and at least two good restaurants within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Also there is a large shopping centre with a huge Intermarche within minutes walk.

The immediate environs are commercial and there is no real view from the hotel. It is 4 km from the town centre.

Friendly efficient staff. Delicious breakfast, wonderful choice. Comfortable bed and very clean everywhere.

It was all good

Everything. The room was a large size and the bathroom was great with a large shower and heated towel rack. The bed was super comfy and we got a very good night’s sleep. The breakfast was beautifully laid out with many delicious choices. The best part was the woman at the front desk who checked us in. She was so helpful and very nice to chat with. The hotel may not be right near the historic part of Quimper, but the drive was very easy and there was plenty of parking (in our case free!) I would definitely stay at another Kyriad again, especially this one.

Good location to visit.locations around like Locronan, Pont Aven et Concarneau. Good breakfast. Parking facilitues.

Breakfast a bit expensive

Nice and clean hotel conveniently located, easy to find with free parking. The host was very welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Both the food in the restaurant and the breakfast were good, but both with limited choice. There is a bus stop close by, perfect for exploring the city center without a car. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Restaurant not open on holidays and weekends

We had a clean room. We used the free private parking.

The WiFi connection in our room was not great.

Large modern room with very big bathroom. Nice dinner in the restaurant - limited menu but good. Easy access to the historic centre by bus - stop is about 200m from hotel

WiFi was very poor- out of action for most of one day and very slow when it was finally online

The family running the hotel is very friendly and correct. The room is modern and super clean.

The bathroom was a bit small. And I did miss some tea, coffee and a watercooker in the room. It is a bit far from the centre if you to walk it.

The room was nice and the location convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful

The Wifi was not working well in our rooms. The staff restarted the router but this did not solve the problem.

Value for money. 100€ for a night in august outside the center it is too much for me
