Terres de France - Appart'Hotel Quimper Bretagne

Location was great. Only had to pay a small fee for my dog and they had a little grassy area backside of hotel I was able to take rather than out front to sidewalk.

I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room rather than going to the breakfast area to buy a cup.

Big room and nice enough for the price which was not bad.

There was no one on premise at night. We had to stay at another hotel because no one was there to check us in.

Very easy check in with very nice and helpful staff. Everything is well organised and functioning. The parking place in the courtyard was useful and the cost of €7 is reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the heating of the room was working well.

The apartment is very small: there is very little space to move around. The moquette on the floor is not the best for ensuring perfect cleaning.

Off street car park was safe & secure. The reception staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was not very interesting.

Perfect location, few minutes walk to the centre of town. Easy and safe parking, well equipped kitchenette, very friendly and helpful staff. Good clean bathroom. Excellent value for money - we would definitely stay again.

Found a razor blade on the floor under the desk on arrival. Not sure how it could have been missed by cleaners which made me a little unsure of how well the room had been cleaned. However, everywhere seemed clean and we had a great stay.

The place itself is not very attractive - it looks more like a hostel or a dormitory. But given the price it is a very good offer in the end of the day. We found all the necessary equipment: a room with a comfy bed and wardrobe, bathroom and a kitchenette with dishes, dishwasher, a fridge and an electric kettle. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to Quimper's centre. There is also a laundry service just around the corner, which might be useful for people travelling for a long time, like ourselves. Also, there is a private parking in the backyard.

I did not like the fact that you cannot take your dog to the patio. Other than that - not much to complain, as we found everything that we needed there.

Location,staff,cleanliness all good. Being an appart hotel, having vessels and stove, refrigerator and big cupborad was really convenient and it did help greatly. Parking too was neat, spacious and secured.

We had an AIrc conditionaer remote, but I really didnt find any air conditioner in the apparent. I dont know if an exhaust ducy insode bathroom was serving as ac.

Easy check in and great location to explore Quimper! Also, the options to book a parking spot at the accommodation for an extra fee was nice.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, not a lot of space to have a meal at the small table. The kitchenette and bathroom were also quite tide. Moreover, the room was very warm and there was no airco or fan, and there was only a door to the balcony that you could open. Lastly, we asked if there was a charger for our electric car, which there was, only it didn’t work.. that was unfortunate.

Friendly staff, great location and very useful to have the closed parking available at a very reasonable price.

The room had a weird smell, the carpet had a lot of stains and burns of cigarettes and we found some stains also on the bed sheets

Good location with easy parking.

We were pretty disappointed. The light in the hallway and kitchen didn't work and they didn't or couldn't fix it which made cooking difficult. We then saw that the fan above the cooktop had never been cleaned and had a centimeter of hair, dust, and filth on it which immediately ruined our appetite. Would you cook there? The breakfast downstairs was also very disappointing and we had not one but two days with them serving spoiled milk.

Location. Right in the centre of Quimper with parking. Dogs allowed.

There is both outdoor and under cover parking available. We chose the outdoor as the weather was fine and the lift to our floor was easier to access. The information provided was in both French and English. Our room looked out onto the busy street but we were not aware of any noise. The television was small but the picture and sound were both clear.

The carpet was marked. The towels were thin and the bath mat was one of the smallest ever seen, just big enough for two feet to stand on.

Breakfast was good value, nothing cooked but a good choice of cereals, fruit, breads, juice and drinks. The location was very central. There were several places to eat with in walking distance and the area was attractive. We arrived by car and able to park in a secure covered car park.
