Nobile Suites Del Rio - Petrolina

Location, breakfast, parking lots

Exceptional staff and excellent facilitiesThe highlight of my stay was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and highly professional from check-in to check-out. Requests were handled efficiently and always with a genuine smile, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The amenities are new, modern, and very well maintained, reflecting strong attention to detail. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfectly suited for a couple seeking a romantic stay, offering both privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.A well-managed hotel where service quality and comfort clearly come first. I would happily stay here again.

Location was excellent- close to excellent restaurants.

Cleaning service and breakfast service were weak. For example, the cleaning service would be provided late in the day (after 4pm); breakfast room staff were not checking that the tables didn’t have napkins; fruits were not ripe; etc

New and very comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and excellent staff! Special praise to Debora.

Room and Breakfast

Bad smell on the restroom

I love the location of the hotel and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating, I like the gym and pool which is so nice. Would recommend staying here

The breakfast was tremendous. The staff at the front desk and at the dining room were so helpful, especially, with our language barrier.

Everything was great.

Excellent staff.

Very clean and very well located.

Tha breakfast was simple but sufficient. It wasn't spectacular but it was enough. The location was very good and the staff very kind and attentive.

Perfect breakfast and Huge bed! Fantastic view of the river

The breakfast with the view would be great instead inside

Lovely location, room had an amazing view of the river

The room wasn’t as clean as expected.

It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and loved the room. It was a very convenient location.

A little expensive but it was reasonable.

The breakfast is good! The views from the room are great! My room faced Rio Sao Francisco! The beds are also good and the room itself is quite spacious with sofa and support table in case you need to work! The placement of the hotel is pretty good, you can easily navigate between the two cities nearby!Staff is a highlight, they’re really well trained and welcoming.

The shower lacks pressure and the internet connection was pretty spotty.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast first class.

Nice pool and fitness room, great location next to the river. Breakfast was wonderful, omeletes and tapioca made to order.

Elevator sometimes took a while to arrive. No help with luggage.

Nice roome, fitness center, pool

Policy regarding guest’s vIsitors. Very draconian requirements demanding legal letter authorizing custody when attempted to bring fiancées niece with her aunt to enjoy the pool during my vIsit. Felt like a prisoner denied visitors.

Clean and well recieved. You have a handyman that can speak English, maybe move him to reception

Minimum English all over. Difficult to ask for anything. Barman cannot understand 1 word English, not good for business

It was very , cold room, no wifi on my phone and notebook

Air conditioning set very low and cold. The control apparatus did not function so I had difficulties in switching the aircon off.Secondly i arrived and no person to allow me into the basement parkingThird your wifi did not work on both my phone and notebook

Generally clean, spacious and offering all services. Excellent waterfront location with several restaurants nearby. Helpful and friendly staff.

Noisy airconditioning, narrow and not enough car parking space, staff not always very professional (they charged our credit card in euro without offering the possibility to pay in real, forgot to book the room we had asked for and the kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed by the strict COVID measures).

Everything! The best hotel in Petrolina, by far.
