Before I write, I would like to thank the entire staff.The hotel manager!A big thank you to the housekeeping ladies, the manager Marlina, and the waitress Dia.They were all wonderful — we will definitely come again and will recommend it to others as well.

This is my third review and we are equally satisfied with our stay. We like the sandy beach, the beach bar, the oleanders, the pine trees, the beautiful shades, the location, the Greek traditional food, the very nice and polite staff who are always smiling and willing to make your stay a pleasant one and last but not least important is the fact that's a pet friendly hotel and everybody loves animals. My pet was treated with a lot of love and attention.Also there are other stray dogs that are very peaceful and loveable which made our stay even more relaxed and enjoyable.The hotel is excellent value for money.

The beach and the mountain view.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, we were given a completely different room than what we booked. The room had mold, a bad smell, and old, uncomfortable beds, nothing like the pictures shown during booking. When I raised the issue with the receptionist and even showed them the photos, I was told it was “the same.” Only after I insisted and threatened legal action did they finally make a call and change the room.The food was far below expectations, especially for an all-inclusive package. The choice was very poor, not appropriate even by minimal standards, and on two occasions the meals were counted per person, even though we had already paid for all-inclusive.The hotel environment itself is very unfriendly for families. In the evenings the whole area is dark, with nothing available for children to play with. There were too many restrictions around the pool, to the point that kids weren’t even allowed to play or run.Rooms were not clean, filled with old furniture, and overall the condition of the facilities was unacceptable.

Location is excellent the sea view extraordinary. Staff was kind but not always helpful.

The food was at least eatable but with the things that they have can be excellent. As a ex chef in my opinion the need to change the kitchen stuff or at least the main chef.

Improvement since last year:Better wi-fi Less rocks on the beachRed bracelet zone has a better beach entrance where water is not that deep.

Food diversity is lower than last year. Another year and no renovations in rooms. Old furniture and dirty walls. Could use a refreshment.

Location is good, pool was great and the beach is very near with free sunbeds. Staff is very kind and professional. They cleaned the room every day and change the towels. Good value for money.

Family rooms are old with old furniture, but superior are better and newer. Food and drinks are not the best, bad coffee. Food options are bit limited, but I like the fruit and ice cream for deserts.

The bungalow complex is, overall, a good choice for families with children, especially considering the price. The nature is beautiful, the beach is lovely, and the service is friendly and helpful. The food was quite good and varied — breakfast, in particular, was the tastiest meal for us.In any case, cleanliness, food, and the beach were all satisfactory. I would recommend this resort to families who are not too picky and prefer to focus on the positive aspects of their vacation.

The only real issue was with the sunbeds — there were never any available, at any time of day. Some inconsiderate guests would leave their towels on them and go back to their rooms, leaving no space for others. Although the reception advised us to remove towels from occupied sunbeds, we felt uncomfortable doing so.There is a written rule asking guests to fully vacate sunbeds when returning to their rooms, but unfortunately, many did not follow it.Choosing a room is somewhat of a lottery – there are new, renovated bungalows closer to the sea and older ones located further away. Among the same room type – standard family – I opted for the more expensive option, hoping we would get a better room. However, the room we got was farther from the sea, which was inconvenient since we were traveling with two small children.All in all, we had a lovely stay, and I believe it's great value for the money.

Good place with a lot of nature, flowers and trees. Nice staff (especially Maria from the reception), very good food, good facilities, excellent beach, the pool is big enough. There was clean service every day, and they changed towels. Wifi is OK, almost everywhere is covered with Internet connection, even on the beach. The supperior rooms are very good, with sunbeads in front of bungalows, new furniture, TV and air conditioner. The climate was very good, and there was no need for an air conditioner. There is an amazing view of mountain Olymp.

It is necessary to make some small improvements for the place to be more valuable. There were flies inside the restaurant, and they dont have air curtain on the entrances. The music, especially bass, from the neighbouring clubs and popular beach bars, was loud, starting at the morning till 01am at night. So if you dont like loud music and if you want to sleep in silence, you should ask for rooms that are located further from the beach. There weren't enough sunbeds and umbrellas for the red bracelets. There was only one shower on the beach, and it was at the opposite site. Should install more wash showers and foot showers. The sign for the place is small, and if you don't have navigation, it's hard to find it.

The location is perfectly by the sea. The hotel has a pool for kids and grown ups, and a pool bar and beach bar with excellent service.At the reception we had a very warm welcome. Generally the food is a traditional Greek food prepared by very good chefs.The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and are very clean.This is a pet friendly hotel and we had our dog with us.Special thanks to the manager, Mrs Sophia, who is a problem-solving person and made our stay a very pleasant one.For sure next year we will come again.

Some of the guests were very impolite but nothing can be done about that.

The price — it was quite reasonable for the dates I stayed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The rooms were small, standalone one-room apartments — they were comfortable enough and met my expectations. The beach and sunbathing experience was very good, which added real value to the stay.

The hotel offers an all-inclusive experience, but unfortunately the overall quality did not meet expectations. The meals were bland and poorly presented, and the drinks were also of low quality. While there was a lifeguard present at the pools, I didn’t notice any supervision at the beach.

Free sunbeds, clean rooms and nice staff.

They are maybe little understaff which can be seen mostly in restaurant. Overall good value for the money.

I tried to turn on the air conditioner all night, one of the windows did not work because it was intermittent, I was a victim for a long time because there was no such information next to the air conditioner, I learned later that the windows should be closed, the places were very dirty, you can never press barefoot in hot water, if you wait 1 hour, you can get hot water.

The room was perfect, good location. Just near the beach. The staff was very polite.

The food...not a lot of choice. The meat was served, and we never knew what kind of meat was that. Every time u have to ask about it. The breakfast all the time the same. U have only 3 kinds of fruits and the same ones every day . Maybe that's why the hotel has 3 stars.. which is maybe reasonable.

excellent location, excellent comfortable room (superior room) and everything is a step away from the room: beach, swimming pool, restaurant.

Nice place to relax with children. The pool was clean, the beach was very nice, the food delicious, the staff friendly. They changed the towels, changed the sheets before the 6th night out of a total of 6 :). Overall I'm happy, although our door handle broke and they didn't fix it :)

The only recommendation is to put mosquito nets at least on the windows so that the room can be ventilated without being filled with mosquitoes.

Поминавме преубав викенд во Olympios Zeus. Комплексот се наоѓа на преубава мирна локација, прекрасна плажа, широка, чиста, погледот према Олимп е волшебен. Храната разновидна и вкусна, пијалок има во секој момент се до 23 часот. Јас ви препорачувам да ги пробате коктелите :) Собата беше супер чиста, супер купатило, со шампон, гел за туширање,фен за коса и крпи. Интернет - супер брзина и покриеност дури и на плажата. На рецепција, вработената беше супер љубезна и зборуваше перфектно англиски.. Ќе се вратиме пак :)

The property is kids friendly and comfortable,and the staff is kind.The food was tasty and the property is right on a beautiful beach...The sea is clear but a litle bit deep for small cildren,but there is a pool with a guard right next to the beach...There are just enouhg sunbeads on the beach..Everything was clean on the property ,even the pool toilets were always squeaky clean..Samantha ( the menager) is very nice lady and she even upgrated our rooms for no charge...All in all we had a great time there..

There is no waiter at the beach and the pool,,so you have to take your drinks from the bar..

The property is very family friendly and cars are not allowed around the bungalows which is great because your kid can run around, ride a bike & etc. beach is near, restaurant too. Extremely happy with the service from the bar boy - he was very nice and friendly!

The food and drinks were very poor quality. Even there was fish or calamari from time to time they were old, not well cooked. Meat was old, during lunch we were being served the salad left over from previous dinner. Rice with vegetables served during breakfast, lunch - rice cakes so they can use the left overs for something different. Very often during lunch they were running out of beer or some soft drinks and not refilling the machines so you cannot even drink anything. Tab water that was the only type of water included in the so called all-inclusive was not drinkable. One of the days we were at the beach when the manager (very rude lady) came there with a few of the staffs and started to clean all of the sun-beds where there are no people but their belongings were there - not even thinking that they might be at the sea, restrooms or what so ever. When being asked by a guy what she is doing, she start yelling that we are not allowed to reserve a sun-bed and we must be there. There was some verbal fight and finally she asked him what was his room number and that she will make sure he will leave the property immediately (he was there with his wife and two kids). All people at the beach at that time were shocked! What a great service! My kid got sick the last two days of our stay, I cannot say that this was due to the food served however there is a chance that this might be the reason!Thank God we were there with friends and we had overall a good stay but not going back at that property ever again!Great property, old bungalows need renovation, better food/drinks and SERVICE!

The natural surroundings at Olympios Zeus are stunning. The beach, the sea, and the overall scenery make for a peaceful and relaxing environment.The staff were friendly and helpful, always around when needed, and the manager was approachable and attentive. While the food selection wasn’t extensive, everything served was flavorful and well-prepared.

Apart from the Greek nights on Tuesdays, there isn't much extra entertainment
