Beautiful design, high quality breakfast, excellent Spa!

Breakfast was great. I would have preferred to see more traditional Greek menus at dinner.

Breakfast and food at the bar by the pool was wonderful. I was not impressed with our dinner at their restaurant. The room was small, but very comfortable. Nice gym and indoor pool in addition to the infinity pool.

Transportation is an issue. Uber is not available there. Taxis were impossible to get in the evening when returning from a night out. You need to have a car if you plan to stay there.

Accessibility to the sea should be much better (for examlpe sand bags in a first few meters). Also facility should be able to provide anatomic pillows upon request.

Overall the hotel is still very good, but it seems to me that the previous time we visited the hotel in 2021 it was better.

once the cleaning wasn't really clean enough, especially the sink and taps. After i complained the next day it was much better and we got an apology bottle of white wine. The SPA opens at 10am, so the day of the departure, there is no chance you have any treatment. No upgrade even I personally brought 3 other couples with me, the hotel was not fully booked.

Everything is perfect - the nicely designed room, the location, the view from the window, the balcony, pampering shower, the comfy beds, the gym, the spa , excellent breakfast, the pool area and the staff. Few restaurants in good proximity and the Olympus area with good hiking opportunities.

Nothing, will come again

The location is great, pool is nice and there is a very nice view from everywhere. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Rooms are new and spacious, with good bathrooms. Indoor pool and gym room is good. Location is a good basis to climb Mount Olympus, and nearby Litochoro is a really nice vilage.

Music, music, music! There is LOUD music everywhere! Why? We go there to RELAX, why do you need to have loud music on the pool ALL the time? I want to read a book, sleep, or simply catch up on some work, and I can't because of LOUD music everywhere. Not a single spot in the hotel has no music.

Breakfast was excellent, sauna, pool, steam bath were just perfect for a body relaxation. The view from the garden was stunning.

It is a good hotel, not overcrowded, great pools.

The jacuzzi was in bad condition, during the filling up, a few parts fell off, but functionally it was ok, excepts that it started to leak on full fill, after 15 minutes. Ah, and the faucet should be also fixed.

Pool was brilliant, staff were really nice, location is perfect.

The dinner that we had was absolutely subpar. It was a mediocre catering quality dinner at best and not fitting such a hotel. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, again would've expected something a bit more extravagant for that amount of money per night. Hotel needs more amenities.

Very nice luxury hotel, great facilities. They created many different spots for sunbathing, near the pools or at the sea, so it felt really spacious and not crowded. Loved the breakfast.

This is definitely a "must return" hotel, if you want to enjoy a great off-time in the sun. The facilities, the employees, all are very good. The pool and the beach are great. There was never the feeling of a crowded place, and service was very good. Breakfast was on the upper side of expectations in these types of resorts (meaning: extremely good for most hotels).Music entertainment on thursday was high quality.

It really only works if you have a car. Otherwise you will have several limitations on going anywhere (taxi always, except for nearby Plaka, which is nice, but quite small). The hotel is also not easy to reach, about 1h30 driving from the airport. So plan your stay for having some mobility means. Of course - you can stay the whole time in the hotel and still be quite satisfied.Finally - I wasn't able to get my morning coffee exactly as I like, non withstanding the multiple versions the employers tried every morning to make to my peculiar specifications. It became a sort of joke for me to guess what they would create on that day.

Beautiful location, serenity, fantastic food, great service and really good massages- what else do you need for a super vacation? Oh and I love how QUIET it is- if you want to really rest, this is a place for you!

- A lot of bugs ( aunts on sun beds) - no entertainment at all, the hotel is dead at night ( except one night they brought a musicien ). Other than that, it's super boring after dinner there is nothing to do such as (billiard, game boards, cigar bar, play room, karaoke ) even during the day there is no activity organized by the hotel. Overall its disappointing.

The hotel has great location with wonderful view. Amazing infinity pool with the best atmosphere for a good relaxation and day in the sun. The food is delicious with good variety. Spacious and clean rooms. Will surely recommend.

The menu and the staff should be more informative regarding allergies and dishes ingredients.

It is a dreamy place with very kind stuff!

It was very noisy. And the truth is that we went there to relax and escape the noise of city living. Also the room was not as clean as expected. I believe that it’s not a value for money 5-star hotel.
