Outstanding in every category. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the rooms well appointed and comfortable, the spa a real treat after long sightseeing walks. Also, great food at afternoon appetizers and breakfast.

Our only "nit" was some of the pastries were a bit dry.

The staff was the best, the hotel itself, the building, the way it has been restored, the decoration, architecture, all was incredible. The room was also spacious and super elegantly decorated.

The property was in a great location in the beautiful city of Lecce. The hotel is charming and well kept. We received an upgrade since we were staying for a week. The furnishings and linens were lovely and the breakfasts were divine . They provided gluten free options for me that were delicious. The staff is really what made this hotel so special, they were all so kind and helpful and made our stay superb.

A very warm welcome by the staff who could not do enough to look after our family. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. It was great for families as our room had a third bed on a mezzanine. The location was very close to the centre of Lecce with all the bars and restaurants a short stroll away. And they took our car away and brought it back whenever we wanted to use it. A perfect stay.

A palazzo gem, fully restored and beautifully designed for a tranquil and relaxing stay. Wonderfully attentive staff make you feel as comfortable as home. Breakfast and evening wines were first class. Not to be missed, this place will restore your energy.

This is an exceptional hotel. We stayed for four nights and everything was done to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you to the staff for all their help. This is a great place to stay if you have dietary restrictions as they provided a full gluten free breakfast buffet for me including pies and cakes! The rooms are exactly as portrayed and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

The service, the attention to details, comfort and location were all excellent. They helped us return our rental car, gave us detailed information about the city and a ride to the train station upon check out. The breakfast is also outstanding.

Great location, beautiful and unusual property, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Parking option was very helpful.

Mezzanine sitting room of our suite needs better lighting. Switch for the light in the shower was funky. Bathtub faucet ran so slowly that it was impossible to fill the tub in any functional manner.

Everything was great. Loved reception from lovely girl outside the front door, she was very smiley (pulled back) dark hair. Gentleman at desk so nice and helpful.. I think his name was Francesco(?)

The property was simply fantastic. A wonderful old stone building beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything about the place was calm and pleasant. It’s also pretty well located to explore the rest of LecceThe hotel staff were simply exceptional. They were kind; friendly; smiley; and happy. They were very engaging and helpful, and remembered who we were; where we were heading for the day - and would chat about it when we got back. Nothing was too much trouble for themI wished we’d stayed longer but 4 days in Lecce was enough
