Glass House - Smart Rooms & Parking

The hotel is next to the historical center (5' walk), in a quite and beautiful location. The parking is easily accessible, 24/7, and the parking spaces are spacious and easy to use.The building has been recently fully renovated, and the rooms are modern, spacious and super comfy.The staff is friendly and responds asap, either via whatsapp, front desk or email. Also, the staff is fluent in English.The room was super-clean, and the bathroom is also spacious and fully equiped.

As the building is old(er), some noises can pass through the structure - not something to ruin your day or night thought.Also, the breakfast could be richer, as it only had the "main" options.

The rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was visually appealing in addition to being clean, we were given bottled water and some toiletries, blow dryer was available in the room, entry and exit was easy and well explained, the location was great too.

The only comment we have is the parking fee that was not obvious when booking the room. It could have been clearly stated somewhere.

Good location for exploring Lecce on foot. Easy booking and check in. Paid parking available in a lot on site. Basic accommodations but all we needed with a clean space consisting of 2 beds, small balcony, and standard bathroom.

Efficient, modern property with superb location to explore Baroque Lecce. Very good value for the stay. Personnel made the most to help.

Expect IKEA like efficiency and feel.

The staff were very nice, and it was easy to access the room with all the instructions provided. The walls were made of thin material, so you could hear your neighbors. It’s good for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend more than two nights. The room itself was very big and very clean!

Clean and modern hotel. No humans involved although a little prodding was needed to get the relevant links. Spacious and safe parking, albeit for an extra 15 euros per night. Ten minute walk to the old city, where the closest restaurants seem to be. Everything would have been perfect except…

…. that at about 5 am, our room (103) became engulfed by a disgusting smell. It was as if sewage had gotten into the air conditioning system. Had to open the window. Because everything else was great and professional about this place, i am giving the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time event

The staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect. Cleaning every day at the room.

The only thing is AC that was central I guess and made a bit of noise

The property is located close to central Lecce and is easy to get to. The staff gave us clear instructions on how to access the building and rooms, which were spacious, with comfortable beds and good lighting. We did not opt for the included breakfast because we needed to part early, but there was a large table in the lobby where you could eat, and also well stocked vending machines. We just stayed one night because we were hopping around different cities, but I think if we were to use Lecce as a base, this property would be a great option.Bonus: there is a great spot to do laundry just around the corner, which is really helpful if you're on a longer trip.

One small detail: if you aren't that great of a driver the parking space is not that easy to maneuver in, but it was not a big deal for us.

Mixed feelings. Good room, quiet location. Parking, if you need it BUT breakfast was a picnic with no plates etc. No staff for much of the day and dont think of turning up early or leaving your luggage - that wont work. POOR hence only 5 out 10

It is new clean modern, great bed shower and parking

Nobody at the desk during arrival. It’s a bit noisy, you here other guest, toilet flushing etc.

Breakfast is good. It is located 300m from the hotel, but it is no problem to reach it. Food is good, but if you stay longer it can be repetitive to eat the same every day since it is not buffet. Still, the whole experience in this place is perfect.

Check in procedures were frustrating. Endless texts instead of face to face service.Take a note of the entry codes. If your phone runs out of battery and you can’t remember them you will be locked out.

The air conditioning/ heater is very noisy but extremely efficient at the same time - so I think it was worth the noise.
