Palazzo Giusti Lecce - Exclusive Boutique hotel

The staff. Especially Claudia

Room number 1 is literally in the lobby! As a result you hear every move and every voice all night long. This interfered with my sleep and was very upsetting. I asked for another room but was unavailable. I told the staff that they should try spending a night there. It was unbelievably noisy.

Spacious modern room! Very comfortable and quiet. Short walk to the old town and located in a more residential area.

Small but neat and clean. Staff were very courteous and responsive.

A bit far from the old town center (15 min walk) which was a bit bothersome in the heat. Also lighting in the room is a bit dim.

Very comfortable beds.

Unfortunately there is construction next door. Not hotels fault but noise was annoying

Very good location. Excellent services. Very comfortable and modern room.

The personnel was very lovely.

There was no swimming pool and no bar/restaurant in de evening/night. That should be a good addition.

Very stylish rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent attention to detail (e.g., providing two bed blankets on request). Very modern and spacious rooms with excellent soundproofing. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Television auto-started multiple times in the middle of the night. The attention to detail during the first breakfast was mediocre (many small details), however they took all our feedback into account and reacted very positively, fixing almost everything on the second day.

Facility, location, clean, breakfast

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The location was very close to the historic center and very walkable. Very safe to walk around. Front desk staff Beatriz, Martina and Donato were very friendly and helpful. Fabiana at the breakfast service was increíble.

The staff were amazing,!!! we got a delicious coffee when we arrived. Beatrice at reception was so helpful for anything we needed and the breakfast was amazing and delicious and fabiana was great as wellComment about cars... There is no parking at the hotel but they have arranged a nearby garage for €20 a day which means you don't have to worry about the car and you can take it out at your leasure

The room that we were in was ground floor so didn't have a view from the window.

The best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very helpful and couldn’t do anymore for you, they made our stay very special. Would recommend this hotel just beautiful so clean and comfortable

Fabiana did a GREAT job with breakfast!

A bit too much tech, cooling controls a bit harder.
