Within walking distance of centro Lecce.

Plumbing was awful. Shower water went from freezing to scalding hot. Impossible to regulate. Bed mattress hard as steel. Sheets were rough. Poor WiFi. Avoid this hotel!

At first nothing. It looks like a 2 or 3 stars hotel. When they changed me the room, it was decent.

Lots of things. Mostly the hotel provided me a room for disabled people, and I didn’t even have curtains to shower. That make the hole bathroom messy every time I showered and dangerous too because it ended up being slippery. The elevators where not working, only 2 out of 8, and to use the pool you need to use a head cap. Also they put towels on the roof so the water doesn’t fall into the floor, and if you press the wrong number on the elevator it may take you to the seventh circle of hell of Dante Alighieri.

It's not that we didn't like it but the rooms need to be updated but it was very good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent, room huge, staff friendly.Would happily stay again, my room had three beds in it, all facilities. Easy walk to historic centre and good directions on the road .Cannot fault the hotel and cleanliness.

Tea pot at breakfast had no lid, every day pits without lids!! Dangerous. Bathroom floor was shattered, wobbly tiles, not really safe to walk on with bare feet. Maybe put a mat over the broken area, if that doesn't make it slippery. Main restaurant in hotel only had a three course menu in the evening, too much food! Maybe have some yoghurt at breakfast that is sugar free or plain, that quality hotel should manage that.

I really enjoyed value for Money, position and cleaning.

Breakfast was really poor and the quality of salty food was really bad. No variety and always missing bacon....fruit very poor, Apple and pear....Regarding Room, the air-condition was not working and we request to change because we slept 2 night totally wet for the high temperature!!!Only after 2 nights they give us another room.the quality of the furniture is very old and bad!

The room was so big. This was the absolute biggest room we have ever stayed in as family of four. There was plenty of room to get ready and have some space.The pool was a god send in the heat and the barman was really nice. One thing to note you must wear swimming caps in the water which they will provide but it is first come first served after that you must wear shower caps which are not great. If i had known i would have brought some with us.The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. It was easy to get a taxi from the hotel as it was very hot and we found that bars/restaurants were happy to order taxis for us as it was difficult to find one on the street.

The hotel could need updating in some areas as other reviews have said but overall the hotel is extremely comfortable and clean so this did not really effect us.

It's a very good location especially if you have a car - it's close to the Old town and very easy to park. Rooms are comfortable but dated. Good value for money and the staff were helpful enough

Desperately needs an update it is quite run down.The toilet paper and towels were very low quality The breakfast was adequate.The pool was quite nice but the hours of 10 am to 7 pm is ridiculous especially in summer

Absolutely nothing!

Do not stay here, it was awful. The hotel is so dated.Even though the family room we got was very spacious, the beds were hard as a rock, the air-conditioning didn't work, the shower was broken, and water would flood the entire bathroom. When we told the staff, they didn't do anything about it.They claimed to have a laundry service, so I left them with 2 massive bags of clothes. 2 days later, I asked where my laundry was, and they said they couldn't find anyone to wash them. I was furious, I have 3 children and we try to pack light so there were a lot of clothes to be washed. I would have found a laundromat but we were checking out on day 3 so couldn't do that either. Breakfast was crap and staff at breakfast really couldn't be bothered being there. It felt as though everything was on a budget. I demanded a refund and they refused to, so booking.com gave us $59 credit.

Old, bad maintained. Breakfast was poor and the staff at the breakfast was even poorer. It says 4 stars but it is far away from 4 stars.

My son slept on a footon, I had paid for a king bed and twin bed. So I was charged for a room I didn't get. He slept on the floor. My mattress was so hard, the hallways we're so dirty.

Loved the location, the breakfast and poolside attendants who did a great job looking after us. Our initial check in staff was excellent but thereafter we met one very unpleasant guy who had no interest in helping us rent a car.

The pool area could do painted , We were reluctant to take photos as the wall behind fountain was in bad repair. Carpets in stairs could be replaced and inner garden area could be cleaned

Overall hotel really tired, staff not so friendly, apart from the lady on reception when we first arrived. Felt really uncomfortable around the pool - staff mainly on their phones laughing. When wanted a drink passed around to different bar and no one wanted to serve us! Made to feel sooo uncomfortable like we were bothering staff! Breakfast was just mediocre but not good choice - would not return.
