Modern, immaculate and very well located. Breakfasts were excellent. The staff were great--Federica and Ilaria were extremely helpful.

Located walking distance to bus station and just outside the wall. Clean, efficient with nice bar /lobby area and rooftop terraces. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The location, staff and cleaning

The receptionist Frederika was excellent in helping us plan our itineraries. The location was great for walking to the old city and for ease of parking. The hotel was clean and the maids were very good. The breakfast was very good. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Breakfast variety was lacking. The room size was a bit small and decor was bare. The king bed advertised was two singles pushed together.

The breakfast was fabulous. We met a couple from Chile while having breakfast and they also thought Arryvo was a great place to stay and very nice for the price! We also loved the friendliness and helpfulness from the staff there. They all made big efforts to help us with directions and ideas, including the concierge and the guys and women in the bar/restaurant area. We loved just having a coke or coffee or whatever in the comfy area downstairs. The parking lot across the street was perfect for us and made our visit much easier.

The hotel has a great vibe, it is cool, fun and casual. The room had everything you need, was impeccably clean. I thought with all the vibe going on that it was going to be noisy but it was not. The location is good, right on the edge of the old town with access to the walled city. Parking was super close.

The hotel was quite modern. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well made and well presented. Staff was very friendly.

I couldn’t get the fan to work. The room was stuffy and a fan would have helped. Finally I just opened the patio door, risking mosquitoes coming in. There weren’t any, though, so I did that each night.

Federica was absolutely so helpful with all our questions. So easy & interesting to talk to. Valuable employee..

Everything was fine. Good location to explore Lecce.

Superb hotel in the old town. Friendly staff, comfortable and warm room. Excellent breakfast. All good.

Nothing really

Comfortable, clean, simple contemporary style. Nice hot shower with great water pressure! Fabulous breakfast. Parking available.

Found out the Temperature in the room is controlled by the front desk but They were happy to adjust. Would have liked either an electric water kettle In the room (for tea) or a microwave.

good but noisy

That the noise from the downstairs disco should be more advised when booking as our friends had a room which the noise continued until 01.30am in the morning , they never got to sleep until then, whereas we were on 2nd floor and heard nothing. Appreciated the supply of earplugs, pity they did not work.

I chose this hotel because it was in the old town via the back entrance and very good value .Parking was organised by the hotel with paid reservation in a large car park close to the front of the hotel . Friendly staff and very good breakfast . Also large room with excellent shower . Roof terrace . Fairly small hotel so not too busy .

View from the room not great but a two minute walk from the back door led into the main streets in the centre . Also lighting in the room could have been better .

Nice modern and lively hotel. Room clean and spacious. Bar area pleasant for a drink or snack. Staff pleasant. Good location for the old town. Reasonably priced.

Breakfast was a la carte which isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. Nice enough though. I can imagine in the high season the lobby bar area and roof top bar area are noisy, but in October they were quiet. We had an accessible room (not sure how that happened because we didn’t request one) which sat alongside the roof top terrace and bar, and had it have been high season we would have had to have had the curtains closed permanently if we didn’t want people on the terrace to be looking in on us as they passed to and throw to the terrace. The blackout blinds make the room nice and dark - but so much so so that the green flashing LED on the smoke alarm continuously distracts as you try and get to sleep-so take an eye mask.

Great location and excellent breakfast. Self service laundry was the best.

A modern hotel with nice room, the location is great (from the back door you are in the old city of Lecce, 10 minutes walk to Piaza Duomo and the main shopping and restaurants). The breakfast was great. We even used their laundry machine, dryer and iron.
