Hotel Delle Palme

We enjoyed the location ( 15 mins walk to town) parking is free on the street. Restaurants and mini markets 2 mins walk from hotel. Tamara,at the front desk, went out of her way to help us with lots of information to make our trip wonderful. It was a joy to talk with her.

Confortable room although AC not strong enough. Not to far from historical centre.

Clean, comfortable

Breakfast not the best

Very helpful personnel. When my train been cancelled (I’ve got late notification) lady at reception desk went out of her way to help me with changing to earlier train and provided a shuttle, when taxi was late.

Location great for exploring the city and outside. Beds really comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast substantial Rooms and hotel very clean Definitely recommend this hotel

Comfortable, spacious, clean hotel. Staff well organised. Good location

Just one thing - noise from chairs from the floor above

Booked this hotel for parking which is generous and an extra 10 euro per day. Whilst the outside of the hotel is 1970's unappealing style, common areas whilst of very traditional style, are very well maintained and attractive. The rooms are modern, refurbished, comfortable and very clean. This is actually a well run and attractive hotel. Level walk to old city 10 minutes and easy.

Lower ground floor restaurant empty on our visit so didn't use.

Good breakfast.

Difficulty with card and lights.

The hotel is clean. Staff exceeded expectations in helpfulness and courtesy. Room was comfortable; good size. The price was great. The location was perfect as well. Water was provided which is always a bonus for us. Breakfast was good too. It is a no frills hotel.

Fresh sliced fruit.

Rooms spacious and clean. Staff helpful, great restaurant over the road. Close to the centre of Lexie.

Beautiful hotel, big comfortable bed, friendly staff, great breakfast, good location, walking distance to old town, bus stops and train station.

Walls too thin, could hear everything in next room.

Good size bedroom and bathroom, clean and comfortable.

Hotel is situated close to the city center, with the parking. Everything nice and clean

Working on the building close to hotel have been startin at 7

Wonderful staff. Very kind and helpful. They provided us a lot of tips where to go, where to eat etc.

Lovely Hotel, spotless, the staff were so helpful, polite and lovely.

The hotel was ideally situated for walking to the Old City. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. Good breakfast served.

We had a couple of instances where the room cleaning staff had omitted to properly provide supplies like towels, etc.

Staff were very pleasant and helpul.

Coffee at breakfast was good. But all the other breakfast food was poor compared to all other hotels we have stayed in.

Conveniently situated. Nice rooms with good facilities Good breakfast and helpful staff

The restaurant is franchised out and it lets the hotel down. Not well trained staff in restaurant. Rather dull menu Not many other options nearby to eat in the evening

Kind, helpful staff, a lovely room and a great choice for breakfast. This was an elegant and well maintained hotel where we we made to feel very welcome.

There was no coffee in the room only tea.

The room and bathroom were first class. Good thing we pre-booked the parking as the parking area is limited. The breakfast is also good, fresh, and varied. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is about a fifteen-minute walk to the city center but no big deal, it is one straight road.
