Hotel was good service very clean not close to city need a car but worker was very nice breakfast was good

The location was easy to find and park. The desk clerk was really helpful and provided good information to see the city. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was good.

I really have no complaints.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The dinner was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the chef did an excellent job. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, and Hakim in particular was exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

People that are working in the hotel are great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable.

Breakfast sholud have some more warm options and salads.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice and the rooms were very clean, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing – it was quite small with limited options. Overall, a good experience but the breakfast could be improved.

Car park included and Netflix.

Breakfast was very average. They also didn’t cook more eggs after they’d been eaten- first come first serve? Our door also didn’t lock properly which we didn’t notice until we got back to our room. Didn’t feel very safe here.

The check-in was fine, but we had paid extra for parking when booking the hotel, which turned out to be unnecessary—there was plenty of free parking available nearby, even right in front of the hotel. The room was extremely small, and the breakfast was disappointing. Don’t count on it, as most of the options were just sweets from the bar, so we had to eat elsewhere.

Breakfast and hospitality was really good. Room was clean, we had every thing we needed.

The bed was bad; more specifically, the mattress was literally just a crinkle and very uncomfortable.

The room was very nice, well equipped with everything you need and very clean.

The breakfast was ok-ish, it lacks options for people that don’t eat sweets and pastries. It had only boiled eggs, one type of cheese and one type of ham, and it was the same everyday.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city center, approximately 20min walking from Porta Napoli. However, bus R9 stops in front of the hotel and runs from early morning till 8 or 9PM. The neighborhood was safe, I had no problems, even when coming back on foot from the city center after midnight.

Staff were nice and helpful, closed parking, good BF and dinner options was great.

1st night I was placed in a room that I did not ordered (lowest standard), the staff said by a computer mistake... I thought these was the room i ordered and didn't say anything, a day later I was asking on the Wi-Fi connection and they realized the mistake so I was moved to a decent room. was offered a drink as a comp.Wi-Fi is terrible, streaming was not possible. hotel accommodated an entire school and was super noisy.

The receptionist was very friendly and offered us a larger room at no extra cost. He also provided us with bus tickets to visit the city center. The hotel has a great location, with the bus station right in front of the entrance! Keep the good work!

Very nice, clean hotel, modern design. Delicious breakfast. 30-40 min walking distance from the old town. Very helpful staff.

2,5 km from the old town but still walking distance.

The room was not in great condition. The showerhead kept hanging and the dryer for towels where glowing. Couldnt turn it off. Little, but annoying things.

Great location, exceptional service, comfortable rooms. I ate breakfast and dinner every day. Would recommend to eat at the hotel restaurant if in a time pinch.

I would suggest the staff to add one extra trash bin under the bedroom table.
