Pros +
- located very close to the historic center of Lecce, delicious breakfast, we were very well received, very large room, I felt like a queen staying in a castle.
- Gorgeous property with comfortable rooms and the most helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and the location was an easy walk to the centro storico.
- The location is not amazing but the hotel is pretty beautiful and the breakfast was great
Cons -
- Unfortunately, I left some special ice packs for my insulin with the instructions of being put in the freezer (pretty hard for a type 1 diabetic to travel with the Italian heat in August without that). I came back hours later to pick it up cause we were going to another city and the ice packs were there, melted at the reception where they had been sitting the whole day without being in the freezer. Pretty careless. I had to stop by a pharmacy before driving so my insulin wouldn’t go bad.
- Parking and better building signage to find the place
- Lack of car parking which was reserved for people attending conferences and not hotel guests . But there was adequate paid nearby parking on the road

Breakfast was very good with friendly staff. The room was very spacious with high ceilings and very nice furnishings. The location was somewhat difficult to find at first, but had very convenient parking close by
Breakfast was fabulous. Very well laid common areas and how they use nature outdoors indoors. Lots of medieval antiques to discover
Parking and better building signage to find the place
I liked everything about it the history decor & comfort. It is also an event place so can be a bit noisy… just be aware. Breakfast was beautiful .
The grandeur . Very beautiful. Close to the old town .

Torre Del Parco is not a hotel per say but a historic residence where you indulge and experience exception attention from all the staff from the reception to the breakfast team, cleaning team the bar etc
There was nothing that required any change or improvement.
The pictures don’t do this hotel justice! It is so beautiful! The Style, restoration and history of the building is marvelous. The little touches like a key like a stamp or fresh flowers everywhere, along with the gardens are impressive. Our room was very comfortable. The location is convenient to good restaurants and sites, tourist events like wine or olive oil tasting or even short day trips. The front desk staff gave good recommendations! If you just want to lounge around the hotel it is a place to itself. The cleaning staff are so thoughtful! Our room is immaculate when we return. The breakfast is so good and the staff there are kind tend to your requests. If we are back in this area we will stay here again.
No cocktails at the bar that is only opened to event guests. It is closed otherwise. This would draw guests out into the open spaces. I understand one could “bring their own” but a nice cocktail at that beautiful bar would be very nice.
One of the best hotels in our trip .great breakfast with traditional dish and fresh fruit
Architecture, room, staff, breakfast All perfect
No complains
It was incredibly cool, clean, and had so much character. It truly felt like a medieval fortress, but in the best way possible! Also a fantastic courtyard area to grab a drink, and it was a pleasant 10 minute walk to the old town. Highly recommend!!
Everything was fantastic! Feels like I'm staying on the farm. The breakfast was amazing. Easy access to old town.
The parking was difficult.
History, comfort, and proximity to the main square and sites. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
There is no spa accommodations.
The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the old town. Street parking was readily available for a small fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with lots of sitting areas and beautiful gardens. We wished we could have stayed much longer.
The only small complaint was that the little bar in the hotel was rarely open and we were not able to enjoy it. Other than that, it was a great place and would most definitely stay again if we return to Lecce.
It’s a beautiful hotel with so much character very clean & comfortable The staff were so accommodating & went above & beyond to make my stay enjoyable I will definitely be returning
Beautiful building and felt very peaceful. Lots of lovely little areas to sit.
A little bit away from the centre but not a big problem.
Lovely breakfast and beautiful gardens. Stunning building. Easy walk into town.
The rooms were very spacious. The hotel was very well decorated.
The bar could improve.
The location is a 10 min walk from the historic town centre. The building itself is stunning, made up of a medievalmpalace and tower. Built initially in 1419 and added to and changed over the centuries. The internal courtyards and terraces are beautifully landscaped with marble floors, trees, huge planters, antique cisterns and urns, and beds of flowering plants and lush greenery. It is all maintained fastidiously. Many of the internal spaces are furnished with antiques and hung with large tapestries. The old tower itself is accessible and has rooms on every floor for events. Within the buildings and grounds there are many tables and benches where you can sit for drinks or a quiet read. The staff allowed us to wander around and explore at our will, which was wonderful. The bedrooms face the internal courtyard and ours was clean and comfortable with a large modern bathroom. The AC was efficient and necessary given the temperture was over over 30C day and night. We had a small private balconey over the internal courtyard. The buffet breakfasts were amazing - different fruits, cereals, juices, and a huge variety of savoury cold meats, cheeses, salads and breads and pastries on offer. The staff were all wonderful and helpful.
Sadly, this is not a hotel as much as an events venue. On each evening of the two nights we stayed, the internal courtyards and terraces were given over to huge, loud parties with live bands, banquets and noisy crowds having a good time. As the bedrooms look over the courtyards and lead off the terraces - so charming during the day - at night it becomes a nightmare. The first night, the festivities ended at 11 pm and people left quietly. On the second night (a Sunday) a huge wedding had the run of the place. The music stopped at 12.15 am but the corridors outside the bedrooms were very noisy until 3.30 am. We complained to the manager the next morning who apologised but it spoilt what was meant to be our holiday treat. To be able to have your wedding or party in such a beautiful space is wonderful, but this doesn't mix with also having the same space as an expensive hotel. If we had been informed by the hotel that events were planned on the days we had booked we would have booked elsewhere. We had no such communication from the hotel. We had booked in Feb for a stay in Sept - plenty of time to have been informed. Be aware, events are held most nights. Best advice is to book elsewhere for your stay in Lecce.
