the gardens and pool area were very beautiful and made me feel like I was in a sanctuary.

The rooms were comfortable but very simple. The fixtures a bit old, the door on my room was a split door with a broken lock so needed some maintenance

Breakfast was lovely, enjoyed walking in their garden and had peaceful sleep. The scenic drive to the property was lovely.

They could improve their maintenance of their property. There was an exposed electrical cable on the side lamp and the toilet was leaking.

The scenery was amazing, the staff were very friendly, from the reception to the cleaning staff.The room was comfortable, the ac was functioning. Everything was amazing. And great food.

The room i was given the lock was broken at some point i could not even open the bathroom door

The staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from, the room was clean, comfortable and exactly as per the pictures if not better.

Restaurant menu was a little limiting - but I guess the other onsite restaurant is currently under renovations so we could not experience it.

The staff service was outstanding and friendly.

The network has a very low signal or none on other sides. Havng to move to another room due to network n the bathroom was very small. During the evening lights go on and off.

Rooms not properly being maintained. Bathroom tap leaking. Very old, broken and unsafe oil heater in room. Aircon not working properly (not heating). Shower not draining as should.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Loved the breakfast spread.

Room 106 bathroom drain was not working very well, water pooled in the shower. Maintenance tried fixing the issue but the problem persisted

No jacuzzi as advertised. Low on stock. An eye is not kept on facilities like toilet paper. Maintenance and upkeep not the best

The receptionist was excellent. The evening waiter was so helpfull and exceptional. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the linen

i hated the food. the grilled fish was burned, the patty for the burger was burned. the sauce was sour

The place is very good for couple retreat, family gathering, team building, and tranquility. Everything is nature. Spa is available. Warm pools. Tennis court. Soccer fields. Golf course. And other activities.

There's lots of trees and walk ways. You may got lost. Lights is not enough on the walk ways. You feel like you are in the forest. But not bad.

Activities like tennis, mini golf 9 holes, big outdoor chess pieces, soccer field, volley ball field, swimming and the exquisite restaurant with antique furniture and deco.

Cleanliness of the swimming pool not adequate.

I hate this app i booked for me my partner and our five year old, and they booked us two separate rooms, I'm so disappointed and wasted my money, imagine two separate rooms and they were not even closer to each other, next time il book straight on the website.......
