Pros +
- The location is truly excellent. Having an exclusive entrance to Thermas dos Laranjais makes a huge difference, especially when traveling with kids. It’s also very close to Hot Beach Park, which was a big plus for us. The food was generally good, and the restaurant space itself is nice. Check-out was smooth, quick, and a much better experience compared to check-in.
- The swimming pools area is really nice, although is completed surrounded by the hotel's towers. Great big structure.
- Structure. Friendly and efficient staff. Food court. Direct access to the Laranjeiras water park.
Cons -
- The check-in experience was very poor. There were very few attendants, and only one person handling check-in while others were busy with other tasks, even as the line kept growing. It felt disorganized and frustrating after a long trip. The rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms. In our room, there was a strong bad smell coming from the AC (fixed a few hours after reporting), missing bath towels and bed/pillow sheets, and the bathroom was dirty on arrival (also fixed later). The toilet tank kept refilling and making noise constantly.Restaurant service needs improvement. The waitstaff was not very receptive, and the table policy is extremely inconvenient for families. There are only three tables for groups larger than four in the entire complex, tables cannot be combined, there is no reservation system, and smaller groups are allowed to occupy the large tables first. This was very frustrating while managing four adults and three hungry kids. To make things worse, one morning at breakfast we found a piece of fruit with visible mold, which is unacceptable.Charging separately for pool towels (R$6 per towel) felt excessive, especially since the pools are the main attraction of the hotel. Another unpleasant aspect was the constant and intrusive approach of salespeople at the pool deck trying to sell timeshares, which really disrupted our downtime. The playground is far too small for the size of the hotel complex, and the indoor playground operates only during limited hours, which makes little sense. Ironically, the gym is larger than all indoor playground areas combined.Given the price paid, expectations were much higher.
- For the price that you pay, I expected a lot more in every way. The pillows are terrible, a lot of lighting in the rooms, you can hear the noise of the halls, the swimming pool weren't clean and cold. The breakfast was alright, but the juice is industrialized, I hated it.
- comfortable room. Although the ones that has the pool view you will be “inside” the pool activities, super loud even with the windows closed. Avoid purchase the full board or half board package the restaurante is just bearable. Breakfast could be way better. NO shade area in the pools… tooooo crowded.

Dedicated entry to the water park.Definetly a plus. The staff was very helpful.
Eating experience is less than desirable. Quite expensive. Buy the 3 meal package during reservation otherwise you will regret it. The food buffet is actually ok but make sure to eat early and you won't be rubbing elbows with hungry people (lots of them!). Anything that is not included in the package will be additional cost and will add up pretty quick. There are plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Very decent grocery store in town. Be aware the hotel does not provide kitchen ware. You will need to buy disposables. Also Sauna not warm and hot tubs not hot ?
great location and good food
rooms are comfortable but very plain
friendly staff, great location, nice pools
the sleeper sofa was not so comfortable
The hotel has a nice pool, restaurant and entertainment area within. The entrance to the water park is by the pools, very convenient. The entertainment staff by the pools were amazing and so much fun! The main restaurant has amazing self-service/ all you can it food for R$80. Very convenient after a long day at the water park and you just want to eat and go to bed to rest.
Most of the reception team is a bit rude and unwilling to help you when there is something wrong. We’ve had another family of guests walking into our bedroom at night with a different set of cards. Apparently the receptionists checked two families in the same room. When complaining at the reception, staff were unapologetic and difficult to help solve the problem. (I have to say though, Igor and Victor were very kind and nice when we were trying to check-in and check-out)We also asked for blankets and soap multiple times as there were none in our rooms but they were never delivered.
very close to the water park, and with a private gate of the hotel, you do not have to be in line.
the pool was filthy, could be cleaner.
the food is nice
rooms need to be refurbished. never was possible to close the sofa bed and the cable in the tv located in the room didn’t worked
the location is really great
Not many elevators for the number of rooms. the property needs not renovation. It wasn’t a Wyndham standard of hotel. Disappointed with the experience and the hotel. even though the staff was really friendly, not a great stay.
A chance to be with the grandkids doing what they liked
The water of the pools was too hot.. Would be good if they have a outside shower with cold water.
All inclusive
So tinha um jacuzzi para 960 habitaçoes
The location is superb, Thermas dos Laranjais is its neighbour and there's a exclusive gate to the park. The pools are amazing good, hot water, beautiful design. The food are very good and there's many options. We liked the bedroom, very confortable, big, clean. The hotel is prepared for the Covid's precautions, and the staff is attentive to the guests. Everyone wore masks in dry areas, outside the pool area.
The rooms are very good, but I missed drawers and shelf space for larger suitcases. The meals lacked a good brewed or espresso coffee, what was available was not very good. I missed diet dessert and gluten-free food options. Other than that, everything was very tasty.
Very nice place, close to everything that I needed
Next to the park
The environment.
