Clean and good location

Small rooms and very small single beds

The staff, they are very nice people. And the breakfast was delicious.

One of the rooms were smelling like pee, it was very bad.

They could introduce scrambled eggs into breakfast. location was very good. The toilet flush needs repairing. On the last day, water started leaking.

Breakfast had few foods for buffet. It was like a simple English breakfast. Location was gud

Poor Breakfast, safe place, good location

Location, near Riverside Mall, and safe

Great location

Breakfast was cold the first morning. We stayed in Room 314 and the roof below as was not clean (cigarettes, litter, etc.)Our friends stayed in Room 317 and earrings was missing from her room.

Location was good .

My room was on the kitchen side, I couldnt sleep well especially after they started preparing for the day. The room also had some cockroaches

The hotel is clean

No iron and microwave in my room

Breakfast: not bad Kettle tea and coffee in the room very useful Spacious shower

1. When we arrived at the property there was no system to do the check in 2. Room 230 - Carpet was a bit dirty 3. Table at the center of reception lounge area was dirty ( egg shells?) 4. Not enough light in the bedroom

Stuff is friendly

The money we pay doesn't match the standard, they gave us Blacket, a hotel like supposed to use feather inner, no microwave, the fridge was not working, it was cold the heater was not working , but the stuff is very friendly

Seemed to be safe and well located.

1. There was just one small bath soap and a small shower gell for a couple which I think was so unfair. I was forced to buy a soap so we could bath freely.2. The room wasn’t as clean as it should be, I saw stains on the bed shelves.3. The receptionist did not follow the FIFO method to attend to customers at the reception.

The location was great. Close to shops and other holiday attractions.

Rooms are a bit congested and dinner is not served. Breakfast is the same everyday.

The breakfast was ok however having stayed there for 3 nights it would have been better for the menu to be changed and not remain the same.

nothing really all was fine

The bed is big and comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful also food was delicious.

The room is small, and the windows are fixed, not openable with one chair, one soap, but it is for two adults.

The staff members are welcoming and fast. The Hotel is located closer to the mall which makes it very convenient :). The place is very neat and safe. We enjoyed our stay.

The fragrant used inside the air purifier was a bit too much, especially for someone who has sinuses.

No frills hotel, location was excellent. Comfortable bed.

Check in took ages, with only one person manning the reception. Breakfast very basic. Terrible coffee!

swimming and breakfastcleaning of the roomsenvironment very accommodate

mosquitoes on around swimming pool

Close to shopping

No water, no amenities

Breakfast was okay, location is great.

AC isn't working properly, and the machine is extremely old. It makes a huge noise, too much lightning, and worse than that, it doesn't have a remote.

I like the breakfast but since I have been staying there every month, I found it to be same all same

There is no option of food beside the breakfast time.
