Worse experience

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. We were allocated Room 13, which is situated next to the reception, vending machine, and ice maker.Unfortunately, this location made it impossible to get proper rest. Throughout the night, guests were collecting ice and speaking loudly in the corridors and on the stairs next to our room. We could also hear constant noise and movement from the reception area. The disturbance was so severe that we could hardly sleep.We even tried to find alternative accommodation, but since everything was fully booked, we had no choice but to remain. This was particularly disappointing as, during last year’s #NedbankCupFinal, we stayed at your hotel and had a very pleasant experience.This year, however, the stay turned into my worst experience ever. I kindly request that you review your room allocation process, particularly for rooms situated in high-traffic areas, to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.What a waste of money...

I like staying there, the attendants are nice, the room is good, o feel safe and is a good location.

There was a problem with hot water in the shower for both days.

Disappointing

The staff failed to explain that the price that I paid for the room didnot include breakfast,I was told to pay when I checkout,it was not proper

I like the hotel, because is near places I like to go.

The rooms must be vacuumed, and the toilets need to be more clean and fix the things that are not ok.

Good breakfast, nice back patio, appreciated the coffee making facilities in the room

Room to close to the entertainment area and was extremely noisy with people talking very loudly into the early hours of the morning.

location is good as it is next to the road.

please have some rooms without carpets. some of us do not like carpets for medical issues.

The rooms had a smell becausa of the carpet that made me catch a flu

The place is close to shop centers,the staff friendly. The food was excellent.Clean premises and good security.

I was requested to change the room in the middle of the night because some neighbour had kids and was complaining about the noise. They should separate family rooms.

The staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Even prepared food for us even though we arrived after the restaurant had been closed.

It was convenient to get

Cockroach in the room. Corners not cleaned filled with dust. Watermelon seeds in the bathroom

No bar fridge in room to keep things cold. Breakfast was not included with online booking whilst all other places includes breakfast.

the staff was very good

that I was charged extra by booking for a parking slot . then I realised that there is no special parking and that was a shame
