The room was very clean.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The aircon in the room did not work.

High end, clean and modern.Secludedstaff very friendly

The noise below the family room is annoying. We could hear people chatting and giggling below the room. But it was before 9 pm and very early in the morning.

I like eveyrthing about the place, the serenity, the rooms where well taken care of. the staff was just too amazing

The smell from the main bathroom in room 209 was not so pleasant they should consider having a look into it

Clean rooms, good quality furniture and bedding. Quiet.

I enjoyed the fact that our rooms opened up into the garden. This is definitely our preference and will request this again in future. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A few noisy guests with motor cycles very early in the morning, but this is not something that the hotel can manage. Security assisted our guests to come straight to our rooms. That was really well done!

Good place, overall environment very good. The hotel is good, friendly people, food was very nice.

The mattress was in bad condition. I had an uncomfortable sleeping. This was the big issue for me. Room 212.

Everything is great, locations, rooms, shower, restaurant view, food.Loved the fact that there was air conditioning in the rooms, rare is in South Africa.

The hotel was good and the staff was really pleasant

At check in the security handed us a key to the wrong room and secondly on the second day I ordered fish and it was off, the waiter was not apologetic at all and the chef or cooker didn't even come to apologise. I had a stomach ache and runny tummy because of this. The receptionist apologised even the cleaning staff apologised on behalf of the waiter and the cooker.

Excellent and tasteful choice for breakfast, you order what you like to eat, with clear financial consequences per item. Fastly served by nice servants, with a big smile. That is exactly how you like to start your new day.But also: Nicely located swimming pool, great view, tasty dinner, relaxed atmosphere all over.

We were happy during our stay, we left happy. It was a kind of perfect, even above expectations. That is why we decided to stay an extra night.

Still my favourite go to place when in Nelspruit cause I’m obsessed with the tranquility there.

Has room to improve with night services and maintenance of the rooms. The bathtubs need some looking into.

Breakfast was good.Room was also quite spacious and clean.The view was quite limited. It was good for privacy.

Laundry staff. They were clumsy and unreliable. It took two days for them to iron all our items that were clearly marked and the total stated. They promised to sort it out but nothing came of it. We personally had to arrange that ourselves.

The lady at reception when I came to check out she was on her cellphone and did not pay attention to me I passed to restaurant and a friendly lady took me back to her.

Besides the fact that the place was peaceful and beautiful, the service was top class. The rooms were clean and spacious, wifi service was good and the restaurant service was amazing and the food was to die for.

Everything pictures don’t do it justice, this place is soo beautiful and spacious,couldn’t swim because it was cold but I give it a hundred

I travel to Nelspruit regularly and have tried a few places (I am quite picky). Sheppard's is the best option time and time again and it is value for money. Friendly staff. Will keep going back.

Location is good

Received key from guard at arrival. Had to search on my own for the room. Nobody at reception. Door closed. Nobody answer any phone numbers for two hours since 14:00. Tried to arrange a extra room for my mom. Guad inform us that they might be back at reception by 09:00 the next morning. With this all we managed to get accommodation somewhere else with very friendly staff and value for money.

The location, the garden, and a room were all fantastic. Best of all was our meal. It was absolutely delicious. The ship is very good at this restaurant.

The advertising is that there is high speed Internet. This was not our experience. The Internet speeds were not adequate to do a zoom presentation. I suggest the property removes the note that there is high speed Internet from its ad.

Our sheets n towels were changed everyday.. Some facilities don't do that..Everything it's near.. It's a nice spot

When we made bookings we thought there were balconys, only to found out there were not.. We asked for the room upstairs. On our arrival no one explained to us anything, like time for breakfast or any options that we have @the facilities.. When we ordered on the menu we were told some dishes have to be ordered a day before, we didn't know that. The swimming pool was dirty full of leaves when we went for swim.. We were told no alcohol on facilities but there were people who came in with alcohol and cooler boxes and drank by the pool playing music making noise.

Poor services from front desk & the room has a smelly blanket. Bath tub was leaking. Not managed well.
