Mercure Hotel Nelspruit

I liked the treatment of the staff and place it's hygiene and the rooms are morden has a lot of space I think I had a excellent night.ill also make sure that I came back next time

The bed was comfortable. Facilities closer to a shopping center

Breakfast was wanting and expensive. Bed was not clean underneath. Sofa was not cleaned had stain food from previous occupants. I changed room due to excessive noise coming from pipes running along the property. I had to physically go to reception at around 3 or 4 in the morning because I was not being taken seriously

The locations was the best.The best part i didnt expect that we could stay in 2 rooms. We really loved this. For sure we shall return sooner than expected. Thank you Mercure for all. My son loved it a lot.

It had humidity smell maybe from the carpetHot water takes long to kick in and when its in its nor that hot. I didnt feel the need to open the cold water to cool the hot water.

Location is the best, near the mall. Pool was always clean and tempting even though it was during winter. Security is good.

The pricing is crazy too expensive. The breakfast is pricey too.

It was near to the mall

The apartment was not in proper condition.Water was leaking from the air conditioner and soaked the entire floor.The wardrobe locks were broken.

The property is old and need some restoration end to end

It is close to Illanga Mall

The hygiene is poor. There are swarms of ants

The Hotel is in an ideal location, within walking distance of iLanga Mall. The reception staff was welcoming and friendly.

The couch in the living room is dirty and needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Although renovations have been made to the bathroom, the units still need overall refurbishing.

Dreadful place-avoid at all costs

Awful hotel-only positive is the linen was clean. Loud music, noisy guests, inadequate parking, poor food. Horrible place.

Clean rooms and comfortable. The family room had a stove ,microwave, kettle, but no dish cloth and dish washer. Pots whould be nice aswell since there already a stove.

Good location, very helpful staff

A lot of noise around the pool. People with speakers listening to loud music, each with their own music

When we arrived, reception gave us a different room from what I paid for.Air conditioning was not working properly. It was too hot and was hard to fall asleep.Rooms had mould in the walls Furniture's we're falling apart Double beds were 2 joint single beds was hard to sleep on it. Overall facilities are old and not well maintained

WiFi has not good signal on rooms .

New staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. They were very kind and informed us of all the services and made themselves available for anything we might need.We had been staying there for many years, and it was nice to see that finally the rooms have been upgraded.

Can the hotel have more TV channels, please? Towels and bed linen had a funny smell.

It was very quiet and clean, no noise in the area.

In the villa that i was staying at, one of the rooms didn't have an Aircon (had FAN)

Kettle not working. No soap provided in bathroom. Blinds in kitchen and bathroom were broken.

When I left to Breakfast around 8h30 AM and after 30 Minutes I came back to the Room, I found that some one from the cleaning staff came and arranged the bad without waiting the checkout time....More importantly we found that a money in bag of my wife disappeared, about 3 000 ZAR disappeared. This was too bad for our stay at Mercure.
