I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities are great, and the environment is calm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options. The location is also excellent, making it easy to move around and access nearby attractions.

Location, cleanliness, wag and dryer and delicious food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Poor internet connection. Lack of grab bars in the bath tub , posing danger of falling as the tub is slippery.

We came at the wrong time when the students were also booked over there, they were sometimes noisy and night and the reception was contacted, they responded so quickly to disciple them, although I slept after 2am, as I reported 3 times to them because of the noise coming from my neighbor, the linen was so clean and the room including the food, was great and the bed, so comfy!

Other the noise, everything was great!

Flies management can improve, especially around non covered food, like cheese, croissants, cold meat, etc.

Cleanness.

Location next to the busy road. And the construction or renovation happening at the hotel.Noisy.

First of all, I liked the location, it's easy to get to and very close to the mall. We were welcomed very well and the service at reception was excellent throughout our stay. We also liked the leisure area by the pool and the restaurant. The people at reception and the restaurant were exceptional with us and, most importantly, they were charismatic and attentive.

Fortunately we have nothing to complain about, everything was spectacular.

The property was very classy and spacious. The bathroom is big and the shower was amazing. It was value for our money
