Wifi not working properly

Every the room was beautiful & clean ❤️

Please add more towels if its two adult sharing. We only had i bath sheet like how so. That was bad

The rooms were quite spacious, and had some comfort. The sit and beds were fine, but with the beds have quite hard pillows.

The staff who was handling our booking needs to acquire some customer service skills. She seemed not to care nor helped with anything. I once enquired where the swimming pool was, and she told me to wait on the whilst waiting for people who went to view a room to come back. I believe she's just there to get a salary, not customer service. Requests which I sent through booking.com before arrival at this place were not attended to, even when I raised them with this Swazi lady she just said they can't help and the payment was already with them. Guess what, the reply was sent through booking.com after I left the place.

The location.

No water, no communication from the management, attitude of the cleaners, no Netflix or youtube and wifi. Outdated tv

I really like the setup and it is always very clean. It's a great place when you want to spend quality time with your better half.

Everything was good, just needed the TV remote but couldn't find one

The comfort of the bed and Aircon. And breakfast was nice.The space was enough for us.

The noise at night made us not be able to sleep peacefully. And those smoking, the smoke got into our room. We inhaled cigarette smokes when we are non- smokers.The Wi-Fi was very slow. On and off not stable. The TV was only few channels. Sabc and e TV only.

The place was very clean,the staff was very friendly and helpful.it was an excellent stay.

The wifi was zero.we were very disappointed on that part.

Poor service ,some of the rooms the AC wasn't working at all,Sunday the was no electricity,the was no backup plan for us to charge our phones

Booking was easy and have options to pay on arrival. some hotels require payment upfront

place location is superb and rooms spacious

poor network , wish they had big screen TV at reception so as to ensure people dont just have to be locked in their rooms all the time

I booked for two days, they didn’t clean my room the first day, my checkout time was 10:23 they demanded R100 for spending 23 minutes in their premises.

Nothing at all. The place is dirty and a scummy area

I Made a booking in the morning, was told that I will ONLY be changed when I booked in. I arrived, did not feel safe and did not book in, YET I was charged on my credit card and 'STUFF YOU' sorry to hear about your problem!!!I am PISSED off

the location and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. I would use it again.

The receptionist at the time of check out, they closed the gate saying I couldn't leave before the inspect the room, there after they say my pillow se was stained n had to pay R100, not sure for what, now The money had to be cash, not sure why bt worse case scenario they dnt have ATM I had to leave a car like a thief n walk to the nearest ATM. I felt so disappointed after a very nice stay..

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect—close to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, shower with hot water and aircon working. There was no noise.

The bed was not comfortable it feels like an old bed even when u sit the springs go down. Its a 4/10.

Our stay was unpleasant, the paint smell in the room was bad and a health hazard

The room we were given smelled of fresh paint and there was no ventilation whatsoever, which is why we came back sick. There was no back up for electricity which was off since Sunday night until we checked out on Monday morning. Parking is also a problem.
