Cascades Guest Lodge

Your guest lodge is beautiful clean and comfortable thanks guys ?

We came later but she welcomed us with a warm heart thank you

Clean, comfortable room and very friendly staff. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!Keep it up

Didn't order breakfast but my stay was good

I'm a little claustrophobic, found the play a little tiny, but everything else was perfect

The location, its close to the mall

The booking system, booked my stay and money was deducted when I got there I was told my name was not on the guest list, was give a small room to share with my partner and we had no choice as it was late already and the following day we were going to run a marathon. While were they other people had booking issues and they were moved to the main house to sort out the issue but I was given the tiniest room to share

The staff at this hotel really stood out for me,they trully went the extra mile.I would rate the staff 15 out of 10

My mattress was very hard ,but the staff changed it for me

The property was clean, the receptionist welcomed us with warm hands.

There was no hot water in the morning.

The room was spot on so clean and modern

WiFi was slow

I liked the location of the facility. The rooms were very clean and the yard in and out clean. I was disappointed by the breakfast, didn't get what I expected but the staff was helpful and the lady at the reception was so friendly. Surely she was well trained for customer service.

I didn't like the breakfast, I was expecting English breakfast with proper sausage and bacon.

The images online are deceptive. I expected a bigger room but I felt like a bird in a cage...

Room was too small.... Was promised a queen sized room but a queen would never accept what I got

Neat room

Shower that cut my back foot , I bleed like hellNeighbors were loud

It was clean, there was privacy from other people, tranquility

Clean and organized ?

Payment confusion. However, it was resolved ?

Perfect location, the room was lovely and clean Definitely recommend staying thereStaff is very friendly

Staff was lovely, very welcoming and pleasant. Room was nice and spotless- looked as good as the photos. Thank you

The mattress was way too firm- woke up sore all over.

The whole room was so clean with fresh air

Poor connection of wifi

Mohammad was very accommodating and called me at least once a day to personally check that everything was in order.

The water pressure in the shower in room 8 isn't great.

Everything was good, wifi works perfectly, we had loadshedding the lights stayed on only the plugs went off.. I liked the place

My room was cold I don't think the air conditioning was working properly, I arrived at night the receptionist had already left she did make arrangements for me to get the key though.

Perfect location.Strong water pressure in showerSafe and secure parking.Beautiful garden

No hairdryer availableOnly one coffee per person an no tea availableTV remote did not work

Only problem was there was no sugar in the rooms for coffee. We had to drink coffee without sugar and when we asked they said there is no sugar☺️

I like that the staff was quick and friendly, the room exceeding my expectations, very modern and unique plus the lights gave it an amazing atmosphere. Wifi was fast too and best part is that it was nice and quiet too.

Only that I couldn't stay another day or two?
