The facilities is good fresh and well loxated

I made a booking for 7 people and I requested same type of room, the executive, but only two room (5,8) where according to the expectation. The rest of the rooms where too small.

Location was strange right in the middle of a neighborhood. The lobby area and garden area was attractive.

We upgraded the room and it was seriously disappointing. Low value for price. The room was designed weird - just one large room with a total glass shower in the middle of the bedroom with no privacy. The only room with privacy was the toilet even the wash basins were in the middle of the bedroom. We stayed there because they had on sight dining when we got there they told us we had 9 minutes before the kitchen closed - just really not customer serviced focused.

The place was clean

Shortage of staff, we delayed during breakfast one 1 person was on duty.

Restaurant/Area/Safety/Comfort of rooms. WiFi needed a bit of boost to extend to bedrooms and attract more business travellers.

The food was excellent. The Staff was friendly. Shout out to Thomas. He tried his best to serve the guest with a smile on his face.

The hotel was under staff, The owner should have at least hired more staff especially because its December.The pool was dirty we had to clean it ourselves, to get food we had to wait 3-4 hours before we get our food. The was no enough variety of drinks to choose from. The spa was terrible, it was done by one of the cleaning maids and worse she was wearing her cleaning uniform. Our room had a sewer problem. When the other guest takes shower, my room would smell so bad. I had to sleep by the door. Very disappointed.

Amazing staff. Our slidingdoor could not lock & we were given a new room with door that locked. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, thank you for that.

The food = not tasty at all.

LOCATION AND FACILITY IS CLOSER TO THE CROCODILE GATE

THE ROOMS WERE IN POOR CONDITION, THEY HAVE DROPPED FROM EXCELLENT TO POOR/FAIR CONDITIONS. CURTAINS WERE VERY SMALL NOT COVERING THE WHOLE WINDOW. NO CEREALS FOR BREAKFAST ONLY FRUITS, CHOICE FOR BREAKFAST DOESNT WORTH THE MONEY CHARGED FOR. COCKROACHES IN THE ROOMS, RUG/MAT IS DIRTY, THERE IS NO VANITY (EARBUD, SHOWER CAP ETC), THEY DO NOT REPLACE THE SHOWER CAPS BUT THROW THEM AWAY. MATTRESS HAS SUNK AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THEIR SPA IS A TOTAL TURN OFF WITH STINKING TOWELS AND INAPPROPRIATE SET UP, DIRTY AND OLD FURNITURE.

Breakfast was good a the location was ok.

There was a lot of animal noise from the neighbouring facility. I don’t think the facility is a 5 star facility as advertised, 3 star at the most. The toilet was broken in my room.

Great location if you want to visit the Kruger National Park, which is very close to the Crodile Bridge Gate.Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly and assisted us with all our questions and queries.

Great stay and lovely staff. Returning in December. Home away from home. Breakfast was really good!Check inn was a breeze. Safe and secure parking.

Nothing to be honest.

The location is great, nice and quiet area. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

It was a clean, friendly place. It had a unique style. The food was good. It was easy access to the Kruger Park.

They did not include the breakfast in the room as we were told we had on booking.

The swimming pool was not working and I wanted to swim it was very hot. The outside area on each room was untidy. The spa was not clean, a spa should have a gown and sleepers, after the session I was to oily, the spa should have a shower to rinse off the oil
