We booked last minute. Arrived and got upgraded to a much better room than the one we had originally booked. The host Alex was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. TV with many channels to choose from. There was a mini fridge and a kettle too. Everything was just right! This is our third stay in the hotel. We will definitely come back again.

Everything was good.

The room was excellent, very broad and clean with a nice toilet and a balcony with good view. It's right at the center of the city, by a very beautiful river. It's more that we expected and the manager was very kind.

The location is very nice, very close to a beautiful park and close to the center where you can find a lot of terraces and restaurants. They also have a restaurant downstairs, which has good food.

The apartment was not cleaned properly, there was a lot of stained walls, broken doors, wasp nest at one of the windows. The couch is in white leather, very sticky. The pictures are giving you high expectations, but reality is different.

The rooms were clean, a decent size, the beds and pillows were ok, parking was free. The building/apartments seem new. The 2 rooms we booked turned out to be in different buildings, but the host found a solution, offering us 3 rooms in the same building. He did his best to make us feel welcome and offered us bottled water. The hum of the nearby river was a pleasant surprise for us.

For 2 adults, 2 18-year-olds and 1 8-year-old, we booked 1 double room and 1 apartment with one living-room/master bedroom and another separate bedroom + 2 bathrooms. When we got there, we found out that the 2 units are in different buildings, which was not specified in the listing. Through an ad-hoc translator, we insisted that we must all stay in the same building, and we were offered 1 duble room and 1 triple room instead of the apartment. As a result, we were all in the same building, on the same floor (thank you!). In one of the rooms we couldn't get the boiler to work, so showering was a bit challenging. The "parking lot" was a muddy back yard (but only because it had just rained, otherwise it's just dirt). The apartments' finishings, including the doors, sanitary fittings etc., seem rather cheap. In the evening and well into the night, the area was crawling with teenagers and young men and women who hung out around a tabaco/vape/liquor store on the ground floor of the building, some showing off their cars in the street and the parking lot, so it was a little noisy with a shady vibe. My advice is get there before nightfall.

The location was great.

It stated 3 pm check-in, but the apartment wasn't ready, and the staff wasn't helpful in fixing the thing.

I liked the location and staff.

I didn't like the part with parking.

+Excellent location and price, huge rooms meaning the kids have plenty of room to play.

-No private parking place as advertised: you are shown some heavily muddy place uses by everyone and in case there is some free spot, you can leave your car in there...-Needs better maintaining: two of the doors couldn't not be closed (in fact 3, counting the front door, which needs to be locked in order to stay close); the shower heads in both bathrooms were damaged, so you have to use the bathtub but the shower there is spraying all over the place...; cleaning could have been better; dismantled electric socket, etc.-In one of the bedrooms the external AC unit was sooooo noisy!-No WiFi.

The location

Essential things were missing in the apartment like glass for water, kettle and not a single night light. Only one duvet/ blanket for two guests and not a spare one.

Very nice location, next to the main road with all the shops/restaurant next to you,and parking for your car. Great owner with a friendly attitude, its one of the best choises for staying

The room was very large and newly renovated.

There is no reception, so bare in mind to call the owner in advance otherwise you have zero chance to find your room

Very beautiful place. Everything is new.We had great time and the host was very friendly and we has upgraded to the best apartment. Short walk to the centre and great value for the money Thanks a lot we will be coming back again.

Overall good place for the price, if they solve the below problem.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the room, it was very stressfull and I could not sleep well.

No kitchenette. Leaking water in the bathroom.
