Villa Sintica

Everything was exceptional! The ambience is stunning, offering a perfect blend of Mediterranean luxury and tranquility. I was particularly impressed by the excellent attention to detail in every aspect of the room and service. To top it off, the restaurant is world-class—the food is phenomenal and easily borders on a gourmet dining experience. A true hidden gem!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was really nice—large, bright, and spacious, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The indoor pool was a real highlight; it uses ozonated water instead of harsh chemicals, which made it feel much more pleasant and refreshing than most hotel pools. The spa area was also excellent, very relaxing and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant as well—everything we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared.What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. We have been coming regularly and we will come again!

Finally found a place to keep coming back. Everything is just amazingly thought-through and works as designed. The service is friendly, helpful, and super polite. All the facilities are excellent, and the inside swimming pool is the cherry on top. The food at the restaurant is to die for. The location is top-notch and gives you quick access to both Sandanski and all the lovely places nearby. At the same time, the hotel garden gives you piece, quiet, and privacy. Villa Sintica just has everything I need!

Great property with amazing area and garden. Clean and cozy rooms. Large bed with a comfy variety of pillows. The spa is new, clean, and with perfect temperature.You meet nice and supportive staff all around the property. The restaurant is renovated and really cozy with an amazing menu from starters to desserts. Definitely will be back.

Stunning villas and great spa.

One of the villas had two cockroches, and other bugs like ants and spiders.

The villas are lovely and their own spa facilities downstairs really make a weekend here special.Food in the restaurant was superb and their own wine is quite good as well.

Overall fantastic place, but some bizarre design decisions which are suboptimal. For example there is no access to the spa from the bedroom, which are both in the same house. You need to walk an external staircase which is a bit unpleasant in the winter with just a bathrobe, especially on the way up when you are likely wet. Also, there is no table in the bedroom so we resorted to eating in bed directly from the plates. Room service menu also had nothing in common with the excellent choices in the restaurant itself. It is the same kitchen so it is a questionable choice to not offer the full range in the rooms.

Everything was excellent! The staff was beyond responsive and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the wine was exceptional. The villa was modern, comfortable, and with a cozy design and atmosphere. The attention to detail is truly impressive .

In the villa’s spa center, it would be great to have more comfortable seating options for relaxing after the sauna. Additionally, it would be a nice touch to include bottles of wine from the Santica Winery in the room, as these were not available in the minibar or room service menu.

The whole facility has a very relaxing atmosphere. The new SPA villas are really nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! It was immaculately clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The food was **absolutely delicious**, offering a variety of options that catered to every taste. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Beautiful new pool facility! Nothing else.

Restaurant utterly ruined by new management and grossly overpriced. 440 leva for a terrible meal for 3 people, not one dish was good. Used to be delicious and reasonable. Also the rooms overpriced, 2023 Off-season 100 leva this year 200 leva. Same basic medium quality rooms.

Disappointing

We booked 2 rooms.One room was perfect but the other one was the worst room I have ever seen .Dirty carpets and very small and uncomfortable .

Lovely spa centre, absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff, delicious food

The bed in our room was very uncomfortable, there was a very old and dusty carpet on the floor.

Very well maintained spa property. We spent 3 nights there and took advantage of the outdoor swimming pool which is extremely big, the spa-zone which was very well maintained and garden which is spacious and great for walking-we were with our dog. The restaurant was fine dining and you could enjoy great dishes and wines. The breakfast was great, especially based on overall breakfast options in other hotels in the country. The staff was friendly and polite. Spacious parking lot.

City centre is a bit far away if you want to walk.

The garden

The noise during late night from the the air conditioner outside. The walls are not good enough and we could feel the vibrations from the motors on our bed.

Surprisingly nice. First thing that is really nice is the location of the property. Right after entering Sandaski, it’s really reachable.Really clean, nice rooms, good spa and indoor pool alongside the outside one. The breakfast food was pretty good. Kaufland is also really close in case of need for shopping.Overall really good experience.

The restaurant within is a bit pricey for the portions they offer. The meal I took was literally four bites of it. And it’s a main dish. The staff knows very little English. But we managed. They are super nice.

The entire domain is extraordinary and luxurious with lots of activities

Stayed in a double room (108), there was no cold water at the bathroom sink and we had to wash our hands using the shower. But what was even more disturbing was the obvious smell of mold or wet carpet. We had to keep the windows open at all times just to have fresh air.

It is situated very close to the main road and the restaurant is very nice, especially at evening when they create a great atmosphere. The swimming pool looked nice and clean (we didn't used it).Staff is nice and smiling, but the receptionist didn't speak English at all

The room was not clean properly. Carpet was dirty, with lots of stains and the bathroom was superficially cleaned.

Beatiful surranding and garden.

Unfortunately I had no balkony. Travelling with my dog, I prefer the room wirh balkony.

Very nice indoor pool and spa, the restaurant was really nice too. The masseuse was very polite and the massage was very pleasant. Nice garden too.

Our room didn’t have a balcony, was facing the backyard and we didn’t like it. At breakfast there weren’t enough fruits and fresh juice for us.

Spa, relax plus enjoy the culinary and great wines! Villa "Sintica" is all about having perfect vacation time. The personal staff is very polite. The rooms, the Spa and the restaurant are super!See us again.
