Park Hotel Sandanski

Very good breakfast

No sauna, whirlpool or spa facilities operating at the time. Very disappointed.

It was near to the city center

It wasn’t clean enough and it was old i the hotel. Somestuff needed to be repaired in the room.

Dirty room, stains on the carpet, walls everything

The room was very dirty - the carpet had stains all over, stains on the ceiling, the walls, tables are burnt from cigarettes, the bathroom was dirty, we were disgusted. I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel.

Central location, very kind and helpful reception, spa and breakfast included in the price, many TV channels. Kind service at the restaurant for dinner.

Extreme noise at night from the party and the cleaning after the party (they were moving tables and chairs for hours with force after midnight). Broken lights and missing lamps. Empty mini bar with a bad smell. The bed was large but the surface was wavy. Poor breakfast service, they missed items from the fixed menu, brought wrong selections and didn’t speak English. The ashtray at the balcony was dirty with cigarettes.

Location is great. Huge bed and spacious room.

Rooms need upgrade- at least charging the carpets will do its justice.
