The size facilities staff and location. The restaurant staff were incredibly interesting . We expected Guy Pearce any moment. But very very helpful

Nothing a little loud later in the evening

There could be a additional comfortable chair in the room.Breakfast was great, the food was to our taste. The self-help coffee machine was a winner.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable!

Not much. The bar area was disorganized. There was no ice bucket around to provide same ice for the room, instead they gave us a container with old cheese at the bottom. Not a very hygienic way to provide customer's service.

Accomodating us by letting our small kids share our bed at no additional cost.

A bit noisy during the night. Cars with loud music outside and guests arriving. Our room was close to reception.

Comfortable bed, facilities are well kept. Everything in working order. Restaurant served good food. Staff are friendly. Location is perfect.

The Restaurant was exceptional with their service and quality of food. The morning breakfast was really great with a variety to choose from.

The TV channels was limited. It actually has SABC2 as a channel of choice and the rest not good. The WiFi connected and disconnected continuously. The WiFi was of no use. The room had many mosquitoes and found it difficult to sleep due to this.

Loved the location of the hotel.ENJOYED and experienced THE BEAUTIFUL surroundings of pure NATURE.Friendly welcome by receptionist after a long drive of 500km was heart warming.A refreshing ,comfortable and spacious bedroom was so appealing .The balcony added extra pleasure for us to relax and enjoy some fresh air and view the beautiful mountains .Our buffet breakfast was perfect with a large variety of foods to suit different individual preferencesThank for making our stay in SPRINGBOK MEMORABLE Jen & Len

The rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

There was no WiFi available in the rooms the entire weekend.

very nice and clean and friendly staff and good food but guest that leaves was very loud and we coudnt fell back to sleep and we traveled 1200km the day before and was very tired.but the place staff and food was great.thank you.

Friendlyness of the staff. Breakfast was nice.. calmness of location.

Too small fridge, could not even keep 2 cooldrinks in it.... Maintenance could be better. Towel rack was broken. When you shower the whole bathrooms floor is wet so make sure you put a towel down or else you will fall. It was a wheelchair access room but i would love to know how a weelchair able person uses the bathroom. You had to climb in the shower to close the door before using the toilet... Foreign visitors does not consider other guest in rooms below them and you can hear them walking and moving chairs around the room on top of ours until after midnight... please consider to put them on ground floors rather then on a leveled room. Guest bathroom at swimming pool did not have any towels or paper towels in and was dirty this was after 4pm in the afternoon. Still time to do housekeeping.

Disappointing

Very noisy. Shower leaked all over the floor and tap didn't work properly and fell off

Clean. Beautiful to look at the mountains around the property.

Restaurant and room were on opposite side of the property which was not ideal for a wheelchair user.I personally didn't like the fact the that the basin was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom.Short dirt road to the property.

Tough to say I dislike but more of a disappointment. We arrived in the evening only to find the restaurant was closed off for a private function for Toyota so we had to go and eat elsewhere.

I like the view aswell as the hospitality I really enjoy my stay

Please try to improve with the following a iron aswell as shower curtain in the shower a chair or two when one wants to work on your laptop and lastly replace the two single beds next to each other with a three quarter bed other than that i enjoy my stay

Poor WiFi..very expensive compare my other 4 stops during my trip

Modern building

The check in went smoothly. Availability was easy to find

The staff was not friendly, only a handful were. Too little coffees, teas, sugars and milk. Only one towel in the bathroom and we were a couple. Soap and shower gel was one each. There was a very funny odour when you entered the room, it was not a fresh and clean smell. The breakfast did not really cater for the halaal side and it was a buffet so change the variety for all to eat and enjoy. The pillows were worn out and old, new pillows is needed in the rooms.

Good breaky, good beds, helpful reception, wi-fi was fast in the room.

Noisy restaurant, too hight level of music and tv. Too hight prices in the restaurant.
