Loved the location. Nice to walk to other restaurants. Nice they had an inside restaurant also

Everything was very nice. The restaurant servers different than what we are used to. They need more organization. Hard to get anyone. Then they disappear you don’t see then someone else is helping you, but not. You wait forever for either a drink or utensils because there are more than one person at your table. Needs to be better organized.

We needed at least one bigger garbage - so tiny. The couches in the lobby need to be cleaned.

the restaurant not reflecting the atmosphere and its design. food options very limited and still not well prepared. suggestion to outsource the place to someone who understands the restaurant business as it has a lot of potential not only for guests but from visitors as well

Nothing.No restaurant. No attention to guest needs (umbrellas during thunderstorms), loud parties until late hours or until other guests complain.

Easy check in, professional and friendly staff. Beautiful setting and amenities.

The activities that took place to entertain the children staying at the hotel were loud and could be heard from anywhere in the hotel - including the room-since early in the morning until 10:00 PM. So , if you don’t have children and relaxing in a quiet/tranquil place is your thing, you may want to rethink your choice.

The location was amazing and the rooms and the property were very clean and well cared for. They also have a nice breakfast each day.

The mattress was lumpy and you could feel the springs. The gym was also lacking amenities and equipment for lifting for this size resort. We also had one evening where the hot water was not working at all.

I gave this hotel stay to a newly married couple. They had a good time and enjoyed the facilities.

As I gave this hotel stay as a gift, I contacted the hotel and informed them. However, the credit card I used on Booking was not used to discount the payment. (This was not clear). And even when I told the hotel employees by email that this was a gift, they did not inform me that the couple would need to pay upon their arrival, during check-in. Really uncomfortable situation!

Breakfast was only regular. Not exactly what you expect in this kind of hotel. The acomodation was fine with a good view, although the room seems to be a little bit old.

The hotel was lovely we stayed in room 306 on the building right facing the ocean but the room 307 had a group of children screaming all day , pushing the buzzer on the rooms and despite me asking to keep it down the parents did nothing to educate the children . It’s a hotel ! Not a kindergarten ! Other than that all good

Location to the beach excellence and the pool was nice staff was good

For me the rooms did not have a charger and neither did the front desk
