The staff is good but somepeople what he work here its very bad behavior and they broke all goods

We lost our Apple Pencil during our three-day stay. It was used in the room on the second morning before breakfast, and after housekeeping cleaned the room, it was missing. This was disappointing and negatively impacted our overall impression.

Excellent hotel — comfortable and clean rooms, and a great balance between what you get and what you pay for. The staff were polite and professional.

What I didn’t like was that it wasn’t possible to pay in euros in the hotel (at the lobby bar and the massage area). I also didn’t like that on the last day the staff didn’t want to accommodate my request to leave the car in the parking lot for a couple of extra hours so I could walk around, even though I offered to pay.

Facility met and exceeded expectations. Room, spa services, food, atmosphere were excellent.

That was my second visit to the MPM GUINNESS hotel.I liked the size of the room and the location of the hotel. Also the cleaning staff are doing an exceptional work in daily basis.

I didn't like mattress of the beds.It was the second time (also mentioned last year) that our beds were in a very bad condition.The bed mattresses are really old and they all make a loop when you lie on the bed.The management have to change the beds mattresses as soon as possible, otherwise guests will not be able to sleep properly.Also need to have better supervision in SPA area, when some rude guests remain loud and don't respect others.

Nice atrium and pool area

The food started out good but deteriorated as the week went on.

Lovely hotel close to a local spa shop, rooms great size, very close to the gondola but the hotel put on a bus transfer very handy.Good spa with plunge pool, small swimming pool, sauna and steam room,nice atmosphere ,food was good,not far to the gondola

Breakfast was ok but quality was mediocre would have liked better bread (eg nice rye bread) and better coffee options.

My room had two floor to ceiling windows but only one had a curtain!!! The central heating was on a lot and I tried to turn off my radiator but was unable to do so. It took the staff two days and three requests to finally turn it off. When I tried to see the manager to complain, they were never in the building! .

Spa facilities are amazing. Staff were all extremely helpful, which made for a great stay.

Better variety for buffet dinner needed.

The location was excellent for those who are skiing

Too expensive for the quality of the rooms. Worn linens and towels and a bad and old mattress.

Booked for a 2x twin rooms on the app and was given a 2x double rooms which lead to some issues with the party

more fresh fruit to be available and the restaurant is not very comfortable. The lighting during the evening meal along with throughout the hotel is very stark and actually after a while hurts your eyes. No drink other than water supplied with the all inclusive evening meal.

Very nice location, friendly staff. The rooms are huge, warm and clean. We will come back for sure.

Food was ok. Only thing that was ok at this overrated 4* Hotel.

Except food, everything was not as it should be, starting with the VERY RUDE staff - Reception ladies - continuing with the shuttle bus, it does not pick you up from same place where it leaves you, and the driver explains in Bulgarian "parking", so you have to freeze waiting for the shuttle bus, no temperature control in the room, either you suffocate from heat or you freeze to death, no phonic insulation, from the 5th floor we could hear the people in the lobby as they were in our room. THIS IS NOT A 4* HOTEL, 2* would be much more close to reality. I do not recommend it at all. @Booking.com, do you verify the hotels in your portfolio? This is a - for you too.

Beautiful lobby, with the fire. Reasonable price for food included.

The noise from the lobby is incredibly loud in the bedrooms until about 10.30pm. The rooms are quite dated, and don't match the quality of the lobby.

The hotel offered incredible breakfast and dinner variety. We even had a special Bulgarian night evening with amazing dishes and free wine. The SPA facilities have everything you need. They are clean and spacious. It's a very relaxing place and you can meet new friends from the hotel :)

I was at the top floor rooms and the noise from the lobby was echoing with very high intensity during the night. It was so noisy, that I went to sleep on the couch as it was more quiet there.

Good walking distance to gondola and main restaurant area. Nice to have the option to use the spa. Beds comfortable

Very dated. Room was very basic and not totally clean. Had little to no interaction with staff. Towels were thin and tiny. Bathrooms were shower rooms with no screen.
