Location. Breakfast. Overall big and good value.

Lack of continues standard. No coffee in the room until I ask, no spoon. Hair dryer doesn't work. You cannot control the temperature . Jacuzzi was not activated

No hot water in the shower. We complained for 4 days in a row that we don't have hot water and only on the 4th day the manager came to check for herself but claimed it's "hot enough".

Friendly staff, clean room, great pool and sauna, close to the town and storage for ski bits. Really good breakfast included

The breakfast was inedible. We tried it one morning and didn’t go back the other three mornings of our trip.

Mess in reservations- we reserved a Suite room for 250 EUR for one night - when coming to the hotel they did not have such room ready and let us stay on the corridor, showed us dirty room, much lower quality room and finally provided room costing 170 BGN. The staff was helpful and apologised, but offered us no compensation for such a mess and stress they created. Finally from my card was two days after the stay charged 250 EUR - staff informed us that the difference will be sent back to the card later next week. Let’s see, but generally unbelievable and not acceptable.

Location

Everything. This is not a 4* hotel at all. They call thereself a Welness hotel but all of the facilities does not work. Hammam out of service, swimming pool ice cold, jacuzzi integrated in the ice cold pool so also not possible to use. Our room was so hot so we had to sleep 2 nights with the window open (our room was next to a bbq restaurant so we were literally smoked each morning), we asked everyday to put the heating off, it took 3 days before the lady put the heating off. Breakfast buffet was absolutely not worth to call a 'buffet'. There was only old bread slices to make toast of, nothing else. No croissant, no pancake and some mornings even the fruit and eggs were finished before 10 am. The lady from the reception was arrogant and absolutely not helpfull. We are so dissapointed about our stay. Never again.

Excellent staff, a bit outdated but clean amd comfortable.

The hotle located at the central of the town. The room is big enough and clean , included balcony with beautiful view of the mountain. Breakfast tasty .I would recommand :)

-Location was great, 10 mins walk from all the best Mehanas in the Old Town- Pool, sauna, steam room etc were all excellent- Decent breakfast- Open fires

Air conditioning you have to ask to operate. Then I’d stop and again and again ask to start the air condition. One day we had to wait half hour to get service for breakfast

Good breakfast and nice location ( still you can’t walk in the ski boots to gondola ) . Service was very nice , people very helpful. Spa facilities were nice .

Rooms are big but old . Beds not so comfy . Towels are changed only extra charge. Cleaning was not done in our room. Noisy rooms .

Nice location, good breakfast and a spa!

Many things in Bulgaria are difficult to understand for an outsider. E.g. why the furnitures are placed so that the wardrobes can’t be opened. It could be because the wardrobes missed shelves of course? No hanger in the entrance hall.

The hotel said they had double booked our second week and wanted to move us, they had not received payment from you so we had to pay again.

For 2 weeks we tried to get 2004 e back into my acc . I had ldle promises each day, could not sleep with worry, argument with the wife each day. I would like to speak to one of your reps but find it impossible with your web site. You have not replied to any communication s l have tried to send you during our stay. 382 69240453.

Great location, close to the attractions and in walking distance to ski gondola. Pool and the spa's are nice and offer space for plenty of peoples. Garage parking was also a nice plus given the very cold temperatures. The staff is very friendly and always looking to help. Very large rooms

Garage height is very low - if you're driving a SUV, all ski rack should be unloaded prior to get in. Very limited English command of the staff makes the communication difficult but they are really trying to please you. Breakfast options and quality (at least to warm the plates, else all your eggs are arriving frozen) must be improved. Bath in the Junior suite was pretty tight and, with a walk in shower, is hard to avoid making a lake in bathroom
