    Pros +

    • Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very kind especially Maria who was one of the waitresses. We went for 2 days and decided to stay for 2 more. The spa facilities were very nice, great pools and brunch. We liked the lobby and the cigar bar downstairs. The hotel was overall very cozy and nicely built. We liked the therme fun park and the option for atv and other activities.
    • It's quite difficult to answer this question directly, due to there being so many negative aspects during our stay at Therme, we did somewhat enjoy our visit, yet it was nothing like our stay in May 2024 as the service and staff attitude were very much at a lower standard in 2025
    • Everything was great , very good value . Especially for the all inclusive - We have been there outside the ski season and it is prefect resort

    Cons -

    • Housekeeping should be improved. They don’t really clean the room when they come just quickly fold the bed sheets and leave new towels. I think when guests are out they should come back to a fully cleaned room just like when they check in. It was obvious they didn’t clean and didn’t even clean the coffee bar section. The coffee also needs improvement I think an espresso machine would improve the stay instead of instant coffee. They should also add more towels. The food was good but the desserts were awful. Typical dessert bar which looks beautiful with pretty little cakes but they are dry and not good at all. Too many people come to the spa sometimes, maybe they can allow day passes to non hotel guests on certain days not every day. It gets packed. The rooms were okay just an observation the renovation of the hotel rooms were not of the highest quality. The alcohol that was included in the all inclusive was the cheapest version of everything. We didn’t mind paying extra for a better ouzo , rakia or cognac but considering this is one of the best hotels here they could put a little more effort since they can afford it. Also a suggestion is them making a separate menu for all the inclusive drinks. That would be a nice addition for people.
    • We were sold an all inclusive 5 Star hotel, we paid a high premium for our stay, but got a substantially lower value stay than the previous year. The staff spoke to us in a very rude manner, one even shouting at my partner, when she tried to order a coffee, we couldn't order a gin & tonic at the pool bar, but could at the lobby bar, this certainly isn't 5 star !!The food was average, the hot buffet was always cold, with very little variety from day to day. The Alpine restaurant, that we visited is supposed to be open from 08.00 through to 02.00 the day we arrived, we tried to get food at 5pm but we're told it was closed, when I insisted, the member of staff, reluctantly agreed to allow us in for food and drink. We made our disappointment known to a manager named Ibrahim, on the first day, he assured us he would look into the points we made, but it was just talk, and nothing came of his words. There were so many other aspects of our stay, too many to mention, that were such a disappointment.Overall, the next time we stay in the Bansko area, we will be looking for somewhere different to stay, which is such a shame, as the previous year, we had a great experience, hence why we booked for the following year.
    • The staff English language is very weak which made it hard for us to communicate - and there are flies they should do something about it.

    Spa facilities

-Staff don’t know English and not polite-Food bad breakfast literally egg with mold I showed to the reception supervisor-take from me 7,5 euro for I left my key in restaurant -all inclusive actually it’s actually not all inclusive it’s lie

The hotel is really lovely, with stylish and roomy accommodations that make it super comfy to stay in. It offers a great mix of pools and saunas that are nicely decorated, ensuring there’s something for everyone. They’ve got separate zones for kids and adults which is perfect when you need a little peace and quiet. Plus, the outdoor pools are right next to the restaurant lounges and other amenities, so everything feels convenient and relaxed. You can even wander around in your bathrobe because the temperature is just right.

The level of English proficiency among the reception staff / restaurant was surprisingly inadequate for a hotel of this standard, which was unexpected. Furthermore, their professional conduct was disappointing, as we experienced disrespectful behaviour, including the use of inappropriate language, without any proper attention to our needs. Additionally, the New Year celebration, as well as other events, appeared to cater exclusively to local guests without any accommodations for English speakers or other international languages. This was particularly disheartening given the investment made to enjoy these festivities. The staff in the lounge area were pleasant and made our stay more comfortable. However, the positive impact of one person couldn't fully make up for the less satisfactory experiences caused by others.

The spa areas are amazing! Best in class! Spacious, clean rooms, many compliments, the all inclusive is nice. Polite staff.Generally perfect.

In the area of rooms starting with 41 there is literally no connection neighter is the hotel internet working there. The rooms are also kinda distant from the spa and restaurants and there is a place only with stairs, if you have a person with limited mobility is awful. The food looked good but didnt taste as good, very few things were actually fresh and tasting good.

The hotel architecture and internal design create the WOW effect upon arrival. The all-inclusive concept is implemented so well, and it fits perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere. The quiet music during the day allows for chilling, while the DJ in the evening adds energy and makes it perfect for swimming in the hot mineral water outside. Many pools, saunas, and relaxing areas can accommodate guests without making them feel crowded. The staff is polite, the service exceptional, and the facility maintenance is doing their job in the best possible way. And more, the food's quality and variety are surprisingly outstanding. It is a very high bar to continue to hold. I hope they will...

To leave :)Please add some storage space.

Comfortable rooms, great food selection and the BEST spa and gym facilities. World class spa facilities. Amazing views.

    - staff were ill informed about the hotel’s offerings (the concierge team didn’t know about the hotels own shuttle service or free cocktails at 6 pm at the spa bar)- staff unwilling to go out of their way to serve, an attitude not shared by other similarly rated hotels. For example, they are quick to say a request is beyond their scope (the bartender will not give you a plate) and not offer to assist you. - no evening activities for adults during our two night stay. The pool table costs additional money to play. - not entirely “all inclusive”. Spirits and cocktails are not included. Good coffee made with ground beans is not included. Coke and Fanta is not included (Pepsi and alternative brands are offered). The poolside bar is entirely excluded. - some staff came across impolite. Perhaps due to lack of English. Some mannerisms and professionalism could improve the guest experience. Concierge staff who checked us in did not speak a lot of English so a lot of matters were getting lost in translation. - some of the hot food in the buffet was cold. - room temperature cannot be controlled by guests. Our system was preset to 26 degrees which is hot for sleeping. After requesting to lower the temperature we were told it was beyond our control and that the system was now set to heating and could not cool the air. We had to open windows to bring down temperatures which is unstable.

Facilities are great. They have one of the biggest SPA I've ever been to, it was clean and not too crowded. The food was great as well.

The service was not of a 5 star hotel. When we arrived, the room was not ready and we had to wait for ~40 mins after advertised check-in time. We didn't have bath robes in the room on arrival because "the washing machine wasn't ready" (?). The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel was also confusing - some restaurants were included, others weren't; some drinks were included, others not. At the same time they refuse serving even coffee at the lobby for outside visitors even if you want to pay (OK if the hotel was truly all-inclusive but it isn't?). Majority of the staff didn't speak English, even at the lobby and reception which should be a must in a 5 star hotel in a tourist location. Overall, the hotel has a potential given the facilities but the service soured my experience.

The hotel was pleasant. Outdoor pool working till 02 o'clock AM and the relax are around was the best part.

It's just not 5-star hotel. The quality of the food is not that great. Also all details of the ambiance and the design are kind of slovenly.

Great facilities, spacious, far from the city noise, staff were fantastic

Buffet offering can do with some improvement. Quality vs. quantity

Great spa center with amazing pools, spacious apartment room, exceptionally clean, very kids-friendly. There is food buffet which is available until 2pm even though during the week we did not feel very welcome in the lounge and the restaurant at that time.

The staff and the hotel in general did not show any attention to detail that is expected of a 5-star hotel. For example the food on the buffet was often lacking labels so you are left wondering what you are eating. When you ask somebody from the staff, even they don’t know. The waiters in the restaurant were not behaving as such. They were mostly cleaning the tables around. The kids outdoor playground was very dusty and there were spider webs all around. The reception wasn’t supportive at all, first they were insisting the room was not being payed for through Booking and I was expected to pay again, then when we asked for some solution to pay for and invite people over dinner for a birthday party they did not even try to come up with some solution. Most of the time the receptionists were even rude. That is not a 5-star service. There was also a situation at the longe where our table was cleaned up without asking us even though we didn’t really leave and only went next door to grab something to eat.

    Interior

The food wasn’t 5*, it wasn’t fresh. The spa is smaller than the capacity of the hotel (not enough loungers for everyone). The staff is impolite and uninformed for the menu, the payments (you have to pay for a cappuccino even though you’re all inclusive).

Amazing SPA, and outdoor pools. The main outdoor pool is very nice, I like that it's 16+, it's really peaceful without children. The food was excellent! The lobby bar, the other restaurants are also very nice!

I didn't like the coffee. The coffee should really be at least more decent for a hotel of this rank. I don't mind paying for it as long as it's not Spetema. I recommend the management to approach Dabov. The 5 star competition in Bansko have Dabov :)
