Location and staff were great.

The jacuzzi is lukewarm water which was not great on a snowy wintery day. No hot water in the shower, only warm water.

WOW!!! that's what we can say. Petar and Daisey Thank You for a wonderful stay, our family of 8 were looked after and assisted in every regard possible. All your staff from the cleaning staff to the dinner staff were absolutely AMAZING, smiles all around with eagerness and energy. Not to mention the delicious food every night and all day, All included option was one of the best we've had ever. Real home feel and no limits on flavor and taste "DEVINE" Thanks we will be back, keep up that awesome family type hotel atmosphere.

-location is near a site-the lady from reception was unpolite-the room was unclean, no towels -we receive after request, the sheets were dirty with blood spots-in the bathroom , the toilet lid was broken, no soap or shower gel-kitchen smell all around-first night the dog from the room near us barked almost all night

We loved the location, the surrounding mountains, the food at the restaurant was awesome, the dinner ?

The room itself, although big enough for 2 adults and a child, seems to have old furniture, especially the beds seem old and the matresses were a bit worn out.There is no real view because there are a lot of buildings around the property. Also the "pool", both of them... are realy realy small, more like a bath tub than a pool, we couldn't use them.

The included dinner was delicious and had great variety over the course of a 3 night stay. The included facilities are a bit small but nice to have.

This is our second visit, location is perfect with a panorama view of the magnificent Vihren peak and Todorka ski slopes! Sadly it was a rainy week. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied. The spa area is small but comfortable and warm. Very convenient location next to the starting ski station.

We would prefer slightly bigger pillows, but that's a minor thing.

The hotel was perfect. Quality of the food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The swimming pool is lovely after a day on the slopes.

The location is great and the staff are super helpful

Expect a party hotel due to the location, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.The shower didn't drain properly, once it had finally gone down the drain it came out underneath the floor outside the bathroom.The spa/pool area is small for the amount of people staying at the hotel, the sauna fits about 4 people and the steam room only 2 people. The salt room was freezing as the heater wasn't working.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to gondola. The food was amazing, very good breakfast and dinner. Worth it. There is also a room to put your skis. The faculties were very good, the sauna was working perfectly. The only downside is the beds. You are tired from skiing, bed doesn't help. Not comfortable at all. Company of 7 people.

Good location in central Bansko. Owners Desislava and Peter greet very warm and look after during stay. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Thank You for yours hosting and hope see You again in near future!!!

Cosy family property with lovely staff and excellent food and drinks. A 5 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants and the gondola.

The beds were not very comfortable due to the thickness of the mattress and there was a sewer smell from the bathroom. Also, the steam room didn’t seem to work in the relax centre and a bit too much chlorine in the pool.

Its location was great, it was small, quiet and suitable for family. The interior pool was nice, shame we couldn’t use the outside one.

The food wasn’t even warm at breakfast and dinner. We arrived as it opened for dinner and it wasn’t even warm then. They just need to invest in proper heated storage for the food and it would’ve been fine. Lunch was cooked to order and hot.

The staff were friendly, and the all-inclusive was good value for money

The room was very small for a triple, the beds were uncomfortable they mattresses need updating you can feel the springs. The manager did give us some mattress toppers which helped bur I'd recommend upgrading new mattresses.

Very good location, close to the Gondola lift and not far from the old town, many restaurants and shops around, the owners are very nice and responsive, the food was excellent - varied and fresh, the spa area was a real bonus after a busy ski day

The location is convenient, the personnel (esp the owner lady and Nastya) was welcoming and pleasant, and the food was very delicious and variable. Thank you!

It needs more attention to cleaning. The pool walls above the water were covered in dirt. The room was quite dusty. Also a very bad smell in the bathroom.

Location & Price & it offers parking

1. Sauna & indoor pool too small, and also they’re closed after dinner and before dinner you’re skiing so basically you have 1-2 h max to use the SPA from 5 to 7PM.2. Food was mostly the same every day, and it went cold quickly. You have to be there at 7:30 for breakfast and at 18:30 for dinner if you want to enjoy it, if you’re late you’re having cold food.

We are three family and we booked half board for two families, and for the third family there was only a room with full board by booking and we booked it because there was no other option.Pool & saunaSauna and two pools are small, good and clean.

Room cleanlines & comfortRooms were very small but clean.Cleaning and change towels after three days.The pillows not comfortable.Bed linens were washed but was stained.One of our friends’ bathrooms had no threshold for the shower. They had to use towels to prevent water from reaching the rest of the hotel room.Food & dining experienceOverall the food was modest and tasty. but the family whose we were forced to order full board did not have a good experience since they received soup for lunch and main dishes that were for dinner the previous day.The selection of alcoholic beverages included in the fuul board package was minimal.Staff&PaymentsThe staff tried to be friendly but there were some unpleasant things:On last day for family with full board, although they had paid for full board, the restaurant staff insisted that they were no longer entitled to lunch. After calling the owner, personal confirmed that they were still eligible for lunch without apologies.For the last night, the family paid the owner directly (not by booking) but never received a receipt. At checkout, the receptionist claimed they had not paid for the one night. After arguing and waiting for 10 minutes, she returned without an apology and simply said, "Yes, you paid. Have a nice trip."
