Location was acceptable, breakfast ok.

The room was very bad. It seemed a dorm for students. The beds were terrible, and the pillows just unacceptably low quality. They always seem to need to check the room, after you check in and after you check out. Really bad experience would not return

Breakfast was simple and almost the same all 6 days we stay.

I liked the size of the room, the great pool, and the nice gym. The breakfast was also quite good.

There were a few issues in the room, such as loose power sockets, a problematic floor, and some of the beds were too soft for my taste. What I really didn’t like was that we had to pay extra for pots and pans for cooking — I don’t remember seeing this mentioned anywhere during the booking process.It was also a bit inconvenient that the hotel is quite far from the city center — we had to drive every time we wanted to go out, instead of just walking around nearby.

Beautiful Hotel with Mountain ViewsA lovely hotel with stunning views of the mountain peaks. Clean and well-maintained, with spacious and well-organized apartments — perfect for staying with friends. The spa area is excellent and very relaxing.

The hotel is located a bit farther from the town center, so if you're traveling with a baby, it's best to drive to the center.

Don’t buy this hotel through booking because I payed more than price list on the hotel.I stayed in room E25 and one room had 2 walls outside and was very cold

Would definitely recommend the hotel. Large cosy room, pleasant spa, staff generally helpful and polite.

Shower was a bit finicky (difficult to get it hot). Would have liked a pan or two in the room (self catering).

It’s okay if you stay 2-3 days.

Bedrooms are tiny, no place for your clothes.

Every staff member from housekeeping to the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. However, one of the true highlights of our stay was the amazing service we received from Bobby, the bartender at the hotel’s bar. He went above and beyond to make our evenings memorable, mixing up the perfect cocktails and offering great recommendations. One area that could use improvement is the hotel pool. While the pool area itself is beautiful and well-maintained, the water was a bit cooler than I would have liked, making it difficult to fully enjoy the swim. It would be great if the pool temperature could be adjusted to make it more comfortable, especially for those who want to relax and unwind in the water.Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely return, but I’d love to see the pool issue addressed for an even better experience.

Comfy apartments, everything is new and well maintained.

The water in the spa is very cold for a spa, only 29°C.

Liked everything.. bit of a walk to town and back but helped stretch the legs

The hotel was good, we had a studio apartment and it was well set up with fridge / oven and hob, certainly one of the best hotels in terms of facilities. There appeared to have a good bar although we never used it. The buffet breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold varieties plenty on offer, along with dinner which you could opt for a buffet dinner or from the menu at a reasonable price. Room service was easy and brought to room in good timing. The layout was decent and plenty of space The language barrier did not stop some of the staff trying, the housekeeper was lovely trying to make conversation. The pool area was very good and actually possibly one of the first pool pictures which actually looked like the advertisement on the website for Bansko! Shuttle bus was regular and easy, we have own skies but there was a hire place at hotel.

The location is actually quite some walk away from town, so if you enjoy going out in the evening it does feel away from everything. Walking into town was fine but back up the hill felt like walking for quite some time (good pace 20 mins) and the section off the main road was quite dark and not that this is anything to do with the hotel, the potholes were deep on the road and not easy to spot until in them! The noise from next door neighbours could be heard easily and upstairs also felt as every step you could hear them.

-It is not completely a Hotel, it is apartments complexes that’s why keep your expectations of service low.(that’s why I can’t complain about service)-Apartments are new, clean and modern.-The swimming pool, lobby and other common spaces are nices.-The parking is free and good enough. -Despite of it is same every day, the breakfast was good.-Stuff was kind for Bulgaria.

-The only minus for me was dinner. It could be in bigger booth area more options of food. If I knew I would rather buy room and breakfast.

All hotel is very clean, excellent service from the staff, the pool clean, and good sauna.

The restaurant is nice but the food is bad :,(
