when we go in room it was cold. central heating was not working and HVAC was not work in one of rooms. So I ask reception and they provide heater. to worm up both rooms take 24 hours and after that was OK. also water in swimming pool was cold during day

The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The food was tasty.The spa was cozy and relaxing.

The water in the pool and in the jacuzzi was cold The dinner was served without anything to drink, water or juice.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection of food options that changed every day. The hotel has a shuttle to the main gondola, which runs every 30 minutes. The ski rental in the hotel was super convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out the spa and swimming pool areas.

The breakfast could have been a bit earlier, so that we could catch the first shuttle to the gondola.

The hotel offered Christmas dinner that was good.

Rooms radiator does not working and they gave me an electric warmer. House keeping has threw out some of my thing and hotel didnt take a responsibility about it. After speaking with reception about it he said at he dont know anything. Water was not warm and the room was cold. Breakfast was also served cold that was not good.

Location, room size, and hotel location. We like the breakfast and hotel facility the most.

It's not big deal, but our bathroom door was locking completely, so we needed stuff to open it (as I mentioned not big issue, but still can be uncomfortable)

The staff and the one sauna, that was operational. Breakfast also was pretty much okay

Fitness is simply nonexistent, 1 gladiator, 1 bike and few light dumbbells. The Finnish sauna was in repairs and the relax zone was small, wet beds and permanent condensation. The pool was heavily chlorinated

The food in the restaurant was very delicious, the included breakfast and dinner were büfett style. The Sauna was good and the pool was not too bad, it was a little small and very shallow (only 110cm deep across).

The bathtub was cracked and fixed in a very unsightly way with glue smeared all over the crack, there was also no way to fill it up due to a missing plug (in all the rooms). The temperature of the pool wasn't high enough considering it's a Spa complex, the jacuzzi was a bit dirty and also not worm enough, some days the staff did not turn it on until 12:00. The overall quality of maintenance was poor, doorknob very loose and wobbly, carpet was torn in some spots and patched up. The Gym is basically nonexistent, there are 4 bikes and one machine, only 3 dumbells each a different weight. Lastly I did not like the keycard system because nothing is working if you are not in the room, you can't leave the A/C on to warm the room when you are not there, in some other complexes with a similar system at least the A/C can be kept on for some amount of time.

Clean, food is perfect, overall for the price they offer it's definitely worth it

The gym definitely needs renovation and perhaps considering adding a party area (billiards, ping pong, etc.)

The location is good, the hotel is close to the city center. Bansko is a great place for tourism. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

We liked the cleaning staff, they were very kind and even gave us new pillows

The pictures on the site didn't match the reality. They may have been taken 20 years ago when the hotel was new and clean. Now there were spider webs all around the hotel and balconies, dust on every surface and even cockroaches. We had paid for breakfast which was disappointing. There were only three things to choose from and even those didn''t taste good. The spa wasn't very clean either.

Everything was wonderful. We were there with our dog (a large breed). The hotel met our expectation - clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast and dinner.

Very clean, satisfied breakfast with good coffee.

In so cold “budget rooms “ door from toilet cannot close at all.

Convenient place to stay on our trip to Greece. Clean sheets and bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Great AC.

Carpet in the room is not a good solution. Didn't like a moldy smell in the SPA aria.

Super dog friendly! (only 20 leva surcharge per day) The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing vacation!The rooms have AC (important for Summer stay).The SPA center has all facilities we needed. (Steam bath was very good)The breakfast was ok, but it gets crowded.

The restaurant was extremely hot (AC was off or not working ??)The hotel is somewhat old and you can tell - the furniture, the bathrooms, the SPA center, everything will benefit from a renovation.Breakfast starts late and the window is too short (2h starting at 8)

Good value for money. Room size was deacent for a family with 2 kids. The hotel has a nice spa area, and a small pool. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Food for dinner was average, breakfast was better but still a average. AC in the room was not the best. Kids playroom is really small.
