This Hotels gives you the whole package: shuttles to the ski area(!), Spa (pools and few sauna rooms), spacious room, great breakfast, free parking, they even offered us food for the drive back to the airport. Game center for the kids.Staff speaks good english and are very helpful.

The hotel is stationed a bit far - but this is wasn't a big issue thanks to the shuttles.

Poor Value for Money and Subpar Standards: The hotel absolutely does not meet five-star standards and certainly doesn't justify the high price. The customer service was poor, and we had to deal with them repeatedly; for example, it took a full hour and several failed attempts to get a mattress topper in the correct size, and the mattresses themselves were uncomfortable.Check-in Issues and "Upgrade" Deception: Right upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded, but in reality, we received a room at a lower standard than what was booked. The initial room lacked a bathtub and a kitchen as shown in the pictures. A matching room was only found after we adamantly refused to move floors with all our luggage.Technical and Operational Failures: We experienced frequent power outages during our stay.Problematic Children's Activities: The children's craft activity was scheduled for a strange time (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and also required an extra fee.

The hotel is beautiful! Very clean and everything is new. Everyone is very, very kind and nice. The spa is ideal for relaxation and I recommend a massage. Good internet. The food is also delicious ? I would come back here again.

Rooms might need some modernising

I like the spa facilities and pool but the pool needs some touch up especially the tiles. My son’s foot got a small cut from the broken pool tiles. The staff are polite and they were very accommodating. It was my birthday and they allowed us to check-in early which I truly appreciated as I was able to put son to sleep for his nap and we were able to enjoy the facilities more. They also gave us complimentary Baklava which is a nice gesture. Nothing that I majorly dislike. Only that the Christmas decorations are still there at the end of March. Overall it was really a good place to spend time with your family and the place is very kid’s friendly with lots of things to do.

A really lovely place that offered a refreshing vacation. Tha Spa offered a lot of facilities, and a professional staff. The keepers at the kids playground were excellent. The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was professional, all the facilities enjoyable and relaxing. And all the seasonal decorations were a good cherry on top to give a lovely warm atmosphere.

A really nice hotel for families. The room was spacious and comfortable, the small balcony was a nice surprise. The shower was nice and big. The breakfast was luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The shuttle to the slopes was a huge win for us.

During evening hours, the hot water current in the shower was a little unreliable.

Apart from the futon bed, which was not comfortable at all, everything else was great. The staff was excellent, the spa facilities were superb and the food was of top quality.

The bathroom fixtures in the room need to be replaced.

Spa is very good, swimming pool is good and it has a very warm water.

Hallways are very dark, and it can be creepy when you are coming from room to the dark hallway.

Poor staff service: We requested a late check-out due to a night flight and spoke with both the general manager and their assistant. They told us no rooms were available, but the next day we saw that five rooms were free. Despite being willing to pay, no one informed us.Misleading communication: At check-out, reception told us we could use the spa and take robes, towels, and slippers. But at the spa, they said they don’t provide these. Only after going back to reception and insisting were we given robes. It felt like the staff were avoiding responsibility instead of helping guests.For a 5-star hotel, the service should match the quality of the facilities. Management needs to train staff to provide clear information and a more guest-friendly experience.

The hotel has everything a family needs. Excellent spa center, playground for children, several restaurants.

High frequency of people and only one elevator was working, while the other one was not working during the entire stay. Sometimes you can wait for the elevator for 10 minutes.

The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. ? There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The WiFi kinda sucks. It connects fine but the speed and stability are not good. We didn’t need it much, and for texting and browsing is usable, but have that in mind if you plan to work from there. Would also respect if there were signs for guests to keep quiet late at night and in early in the mornings, because families with not so well behaved kids can be a bit much after 23:00, if you’re trying to get som rest to catch the early morning on the slopes. However we never did, but I’m sure you can just inform the staff and they will handle it. They are so nice and helpful.

Cold room for December. Additional forced payment for Christmas dinner at the hotel 190€ and the food and the program was a fiasco. And they didn’t give a choice of we pay for it or they will cancel our whole holidays stay already payed I before.
