Hotel Pirin SKI & SPA

Very warm and clean. Lovely pool and gym. Great choice for breakfast.

The breakfast didn’t start until 7.30 which is too late for morning ski.Only 1 coffee machine with very large queue

The food was awful breakfast had hardly any food and cold, dinner was a menu and no options for children and came out cold, we tried to have a quiet drink in the bar however there was a children’s party on and the children were all running round screaming and standing on furniture, the party was a member of staffs child. The pool table was expensive and broken, the shuttle bus only ran for limited times so we had to walk into town a lot

The pool is warm, so you or the kids can enjoy it. 2 saunas, one dry and one steamVery warm in the hotel, everywhere! You are in walking distance of the food street, where all the restaurants are.You have a mini bar in the room (extra costs), tge launge has a big fireplace that is all day with fire, very comfortable couches, a bar, you can order food and enjoy it at the pool

Maybe a little more english for the staff, at least tye lady at the reception

The swimming pool and the spa area were great and not crowded, the room was comfortable and clean, very friendly staff

The breakfast can be improved, not a lot of choice. If you are early there, you might have more choice, but around 9h most of the food was gone.

I liked that it was very warm.

The staff has no idea about any english language, and because of that most of them were rude… The rooms look very different(in a bad way) in comparison with the pictures from booking… I don’t explain why they have 4 ⭐… The a la cart menu of the restaurant is extremely short and really bad (for example: i ordered pasta bolognese, and I received an soup plate filled with boiled spaghetti, which were immersed in a red coloured water with a spoon of minced meat over…)! They changed sheets only 1 time after I paid extra! I paid for 8 nights an amount of 950 euro with breakfast included… totally not worth it! My advice, search for other hotels with this amount of money, and for sure you’ll find better!

Our apartment was spacious and warm. The hotel is very clean. Stuff is very kind and helpful. Swimming and spa area are warm and nice. Lobby is pleasant and its bar good. Breakfast was good too. There is a free shuttle bus to the gondola 8 till 10 am and back to the hotel 3-5 pm.

The hotel is a bit old, located at the old town of Bansko and far from the gondola and all the new cafes, restaurants and bars (25 minutes on foot walking on snow and cold). There is a too small hotel parking area and absolutely not enough for the guests, so everyday we had to search for a private parking and pay for it. Hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak in the rooms, almost non - existent. Dinner was always cold (there was nothing hot to eat) offering not many choices and meat dishes were always empty and you had to wait a long time to refill them. In addition, it is the only hotel I have been to that glasses of soft drinks, wines, beers and even water (!!!) are not included in price for dinner and you have to pay for them extra!

Location and quiet.

We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay at Hotel Pirin. The rooms are much smaller than shown in the photos. The bed linens are very old, and both the mattresses and pillows are worn out. There is no hotel parking as advertised; instead, you have to use paid public parking.The food was especially disappointing. Dinner was often dry, seemed to have been prepared at lunchtime, and just kept warm until the evening.

In general all was fine , the breakfast was very good , had many things to choose from , the spa was very good , the water from pool could be more warm , but was clean and all places good working

The room was very small , the third bed was not good , nobody could sleep there , was a transformed armchair . At breakfast they did not renew the food , so if something finished had to wait many time ti bring another .

The location and the pool area are nice

There is was uncleared hair all over the floor in the room and in the bathroom. There was need to be painted because there are spots and scratches.No minibar.The bath cabin is really small and you can’t take a proper shower. No AC.Weak WiFi connection.The food and drinks were not fresh and if you are late for breakfast half of the meals are gone and not replaced in the buffet.After 10PM you can’t buy even a water, everything is closed. The parking is very small and you can’t park there more than 15 cars.You have to pay for almost everything on top.

We really enjoyed the spa area, especially the sauna. There was plenty of food for breakfast. A big advantage for us was that pets are allowed at this facility.

In the morning, an unknown man burst into our room, claiming that the staff call button in the bathroom had been activated. However, no one had pressed the button, as it was absent. From the perspective of caring for potential emergencies, this is, of course, a positive, but only if the call systems are properly maintained.The description mentioned that parking was available, but it was completely full, and we had to find parking on our own. I don’t recall if air conditioning was listed in the description, but in this day and age, you expect it by default. Unfortunately, our room didn’t have one.

Location is awesome. Right in the centre of the town. Reception stuff is friendly.

Rooms with no AC. Uncomfortable bed.They tried to charge me for a beer from the minibar although I didn’t open any beers.

Close to center of Bansko but not core of the city, for us much better. Swimming pool & Gym are so good for us. The breakfast is ok.

We're disappointed to leave our laggage, at first moment, they said yes, and then, they said unfortunatelly we have to take laggage. We take 2 rooms for 3 nights, whatever reason, it's not kind( They said" Hotel is fully booked for One group" but .... So what??) I've to tell this is my first time like this treatment(refuse to keep laggage) . So for future improvement, I want to mention it.

The staff is very polite and friendly. The common area facilities are very nice, the garden is delightful and the swimming pool is big enough if a person wants to actually swim. The location is perfect, right across the park where the morning concerts are held during the jazz festival, and two minutes walking distance from the city centre. Rich breakfast.

There was no balcony or ac in the room so during summer afternoons it was quite hot.

15 meters long pool, great for swimming. The sauna was nice.The backyard was great for relaxing. The gym was well equipped.

The breakfast was mediocre, but I guess, okay for the price?The smell inside the room was not the best.

No air conditioner

Location is good, next to the city garden and city center. Breakfast is ok. The hotel pool is heated, clean and of a decent size. The best feature of this hotel.

The staff is not very friendly. Apparently it is very hard to smile and say hello. The parking lot is very small and not according to the hotel size so it will be very hard to find the place. Beware of the municipality parking service since the parking infront of the hotel is a paid one and the hotel parking is behind the hotel. Municipality parking staff was parked in the hotel driveway and I was forced to park across the street in order to unload the bags. They were very rude and tried to get some money from me (not for the parking) while all along a hotel employee was sitting with them laughing and joking.I'm guessing this is a thing they do since a couple of times during the day when I went out of the hotel they were still in front and asking for money and threatening that next time they will put a clamp on my car while they were still blocking the hotel driveway. The reception didn't have any response to my complaint other than I will probably be able to park at the hotel parking tomorrow.The fridge was broken and not all the rooms have air-conditioning.

Good breakfast when buffet style. Pool facility very good. Clean. Good location.

Would be nice to have buffet breakfast everyday.

They checked me in from a quick reservation and after checkout let me store a bag. Nice staff, worked fine. And room had gorgous view over back of green garden/courtyard and lofty mtns beyond. Breakfast deck also shared this view. Nice breakfast and location is close to old town.
