Beds are not so comfortable.Heated pool wasn't warm enough.They refused to give us extra towels at the evening, saying they only replace those we have on the morning.There are at least 2 cats wondering around, and I'm a bit allergic - I'd appreciate knowing in advance.

Excellent location, couldn't be better. Got an upper floor room, no elevators (warning if you carry lots of suitcases). Good breakfast. Didn't use facilities.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was good quality as well.

The bed wasn't very comfortable as it was feeling like you lie in a hole. The pool and the jacuzzi are needs some reinnovation

Super impressed with the breakfast, great value for money. The beds were also surprisingly so comfy! We expected a rock hard bed. Honestly especially for the price this place really exceeded our expectations. We got massages every night and the sauna and hot tub were both empty every night, so we had them to ourselves. Perfect location between the gondola, ski rental shops, and lots of good places to eat within walking distance.

Smal breakfast, but tasty. The juice was not the best. They changed some of the buffé items every day which was good.

The could have had honey to the yoghurt.

I don’t like that the last day, especially today the breakfast it was not like the other days. Today at the breakfast the server us a plate with the choice that they make. They didn’t ask us for nothing. I don’t eat meat and they put it in my dish. I didn’t want today eat eggs and cheese and they are in my plate. Today they chose what I eat at the breakfast, the other days was fine it’s was buffet and I put in my plate what I like. But today they serve us what they want. We didn’t have a choice because they didn’t ask me. It was very bad. I can’t accept it.

In a quiet part of town but still central to everything. Attached to a lovely restaurant. Friendly staff.

The breakfast wasn’t absolutely amazing, but still enjoyable. I’m a breakfast person and it didn’t provide me with what I needed to fill me up. Just a personal opinion.

The staff were incredible! Eva is a very welcoming host and helped me with any queries. I ate in the Hotel's restaurant (Veranda, they give discount to hotel guests) almost every evening and the staff there were as great as the food. Very friendly people and really added to the overall pleasantness of my stay, especially Jorge who stands outside the door greeting people and giving vital updates on ski conditions for the mountain! Flora the cat is also great!The swimming pool is very warm and the sauna/jacuzzi facilities were excellent and very clean, much better than a certain nearby "4 star" hotel that I also stayed at.If I return to Bansko I would stay here again for sure.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and nice. The place is very clean. Spa is great, pool water is warm. Location is perfect. Value for money is off the charts. For just 5e you can pay additionally for breakfast which is a well-supplied buffet. We will come back for sure! Side note: Eva is a wonderful host, so pleasant and kind ?

The only thing that bothered me was a bit weaker wifi signal in the room but its a very very minor inconvenience.

Old hotel, very limited breakfast, noise from the street. No elevator. Too expensive for what it offers.

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Food was increadable. Spa and massage was very relaxing, and for the price you can't find better.

I love the location and our room was at the back . Very quiet . Love the swimming pool , jacuzzi and sauna. The restaurant was great value for money and nice food . The hotel sorted out the taxi for us which was great .

The lady at the front desk was a bit stern to start with but I she was very helpful regarding the taxi later on in our stay so all good in the end . We had to wear slippers in the spa area which I think is dangerous the wet floor made the slippers even more slippery! My son fell over coming out of the sauna as the floor was wet. A mat would help there.

Hotel with excellent location.

Budget friendly room, but very tiny (attic room) with one very small window on top. Felt claustrophobic. No elevator in the premises. Staff was neutral.

Unfriendly staff, basic room service, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The hotel looks a lot more luxurious online than it actually is. I found it poor value for money.

The cat!!! Friendly fluffly cat always welcome for petting. Other than that: Very close to the beginning of the ski slopes and gondola (6-7 minutes of walking) and also close to the center and restaurants.Had a reduction of 10% for ski rental which was pleasant, and also had a special room for you to leave your skis and equipment.Staff (other than the cat) was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was pretty nice most days.Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfy.Would definitely come again!

The room was basically a few steps away from the street on the first floor, which made sleeping difficult because it was veeery noisy especially before 12pm, which is not very nice if you want to wake up early to get to the gondola queue.The breakfast was only at 07:30am, which means that during peak season, if you want to get to the queue early, you don't have time to eat. The beds were very soft, almost too soft for them to be comfortable.But it depends a lot on the motive of your stay and what you want to do in Bansko. If we hadn't gone skiing so early, it would have been perfect.
