Location : center, next to everything.

It is a SCAM. No value for money. Poor rooms, cheap towels, cheap bedsheets. Cheap breakfast (1st day was without breakfast lol), plastic plates, plastic cups. Spa is dirty and eery. No equipment, no room service. This is Not a 4 star hotel. This is a corrupted place that stays open online cause someone’s paying for it. Don’t go there it is NOT worth it.

Room, location and spa, was nice

Spacious and clean room, good quality amenities, in a perfect location near a quiet park and many many stores. The staff was kind and always willing to assist.

Mineral water in your room from every tap! This is priceless. I was surprised by some of the comments below. Yes it smells the water but it is mineral!

It needs a little looking after but nothing that would spoil your stay.

The furniture and the interior design were nice. The exterior architecture is super. The location is the best in the city.

The breakfast was more than poor. The receptionist opened the spa for us and subsequently the sauna was unusable. The spa smelled strange. We had half a roll of toilet paper from the beginning of our stay, we asked for more and they promised to come and give us but this never happened. It was not perfectly clean. There were no solid curtains taking into consideration that the hotel is exactly in the centre of the city. The bathroom is always wet even after a whole night after shower. Considering the price of the hotel room, we expected a high quality service which was non-existing.

Perfect hotel: good breakfast, parking places, great terrace, lots of space, good location, etc...

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good.

The staff didnt speak a word of english, they had to call other people on the phone just to communicate the basics with us. Water from shower and sink smelled like sewage, we didn't even shower. We washed our hands with water from supermarket. And we couldn't even tell the staff because the next day again no one understood english. All in all a bad experience for the money paid.

Very old hotel and in addition it was not well maintained. There was a bad smell coming from the drains. Rust on the metals in bathtub. Water was stinking. The staff in reception doesnt even look at your face.

It was in a good location, right at the center. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom was smelling like eggs especially when I wanted to shower. The water quality was so bad that my hair is still falling off after 2 weeks. The smell was so bad that I didnt want to try the breakfast.The walls are paper thin, I was hearing all the fights, talks between the cleaning staff and other guests entering their room at all times. Because the room doesnt have a safe, I had to carry all my important belongings with me at all times. Also keep in mind that rooms do not have mini fridge, nor phone. So, its similar to staying at airbnb.

The hotel is in a good location in the centre of the city

They are advertised as having a parking lot, which they don't - only a couple of designated places in the street at the back of the hotel, that were taken by non-guests of the hotel, so I had to find and use a nearby public parking. The air conditioner in the room was old, noisy and poorly working. The breakfast was cold and not fresh.

The overwhelming smell of sulphur throughout the hotel, the lack of restaurant offering - we were told this was due to lack of guests, the very poor breakfast - given a plate of ham cheese tomato and bread. No hot water, were told that the tap has to run for 10 mins, what a waste of water! No designated parking despite being listed as parking available

Spa center was very clean and nice. The pool was big enough with mineral water.

the room was very basic with no fridge and phone available. In the bathroom the hangers were broken without any possibility to put the towels. Тhe breakfast was very, very basic set menu without any options.

The hotel was very nice, right in the center, parking is ok at the weekend and free. very quite at night, plenty of places to eat within 2 mins walk. the spa is very good not to busy at the weekend, open from 10.00-19.30. the hotel is like a 4star hotel.

In the spa the could put the steam/sauna rooms on before the spa open so they can warm up, check that there is plenty of free water for people to drink, and also have a clock there so people know how long they have been there.

The best value of this hotel is its location. If you are in the city for leisure and are planning on visiting the city center, it can't get better as this (in terms of location). I also liked the main entrance. They've used great materials (granite, marble, etc.) and make you feel welcomed. The stuff is very nice and helpful.

In my opinion, the asked price/night for the stars, that the hotel has, is overpriced. The quality of the room furniture/equipment has aged quickly. Small details, for example missing chair in the room, broken shower, wobbly bath/room furniture, missing grooming kit, no drinking water (water bottle), no phone to connect with the reception, are immediately drawing your attention and make you wonder if they really deserve the 4 stars. I know that the shower water they use in the rooms is mineral water, but I wonder if this is the best choice. The heavy smell that comes out of it the moment you turn it on, will make you immediately leave the room. It terms of breakfast... you'll get a list of couple of options (boiled, scrambled or omelette eggs; a sandwich; toast with butter; coffee of juice) to choose from. My coffee came in a paper cup!!!Overall, it was a poor experience.

The hotel is nicely situated in the centre of the town and that’s all about it.

The room was not particularly clean especially the bathroom. There was no refrigerator (although after my request one was brought from another room). The Spa centre is OK - the pool is reasonable sized and the water is warm (mineral) BUT it is used for training of children during the week so we were not able to use it!The breakfast is mediocre.The staff are polite.

Impossible to shower or brush teeth because of stench. I understand it is a mineral spa but who needs to smell of sulphur after a shower? If you don’t throw up first. Use bottled water for teeth!Everything very tired. Badly in need of refurbishment.Spa was a huge disappointment. My friend’s treatment was double booked so she missed out. It was meant to be a special treat. The pool was dirty and dark. Glasses and glass beer bottles were being served to the pool edge. Everywhere in the spa/pool area was slippery and fairly grubby. Many things didn’t work.Parking was a problem.Poor value for money. We have been touring Bulgaria using a variety of hotels. This was the most expensive yet the worst experience. It looked so nice in the pictures so we had expected it to be the highlight!
