The restaurant and proximity to the Pisa Airport.

I still don't understand the check-out charges -- tourism taxes and a $99 charge/fee at check out. The reservation price is not the final price paid for the room.

Good air conditioning and big shower for Europe. Excellent breakfast. Very nice staff.

Had to drive a few miles to get things, but we were aware of this.

Nice restaurant outdoors area

My room had a leak in the floor, the maid entered my room and my colleagues rooms despite us having a do not disturb sign up, no irons in the room, we had to go to a garage to iron clothes and the lights wouldn’t stay on, shampoo was a bar of soap.

The room was modern and spacious , nice breakfast, great garden bar

The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and they allowed us to get dinner in the restaurant. Lots of helpful information for our day in Florence.

- Staff is very nice- Beds are super comfortable- Room temperature is quite good- Room and bathroom was very clean- Location is not close to the city center but public transportation is quite good and the hotel is placed in a quiet neighborhood

- Room doors don’t isolate sound at all: You can EASILY hear footsteps in the hallways, other guests entering or leaving their rooms as if there’s no door at all. The room walls are ok, the doors seem to be the problem. Every morning I woke up to footsteps, people speaking in the hallways, doors closing, dog barking in one of the other rooms, or even in the lobby.- Shower pressure is super bad: the shower head specially has very weak pressure- There was a foul smell, like sulfur, when turning on the water while showering

Staff are professional and friendly. Rooms have interesting and modern decor. Nice restaurant.

External windows need a clean.

I had to have breakfast very hurriedly as the dining room does not open until 07.00 hrs but the selection looked good.

I would have preferred earlier access to breakfast.

The breakfast was great and the lobby area is very nice and clean.

The room we have received was outdated and worn out, needs some renovation. We spent only one night, for a longer period we would ask for anyother room - for 1 night was more or less ok

Absolutely perfect for business people. Great staff and the teams in the restaurant and the reception were very services minded. The food was good. Close to the airport approx. 10 min by car.

Needs a nicer seating area outside, and also something which will stop the wind. Hard to get a parking.

The restaurant and staff in hotel were fantastic.

Pillows were rock hard.

The breakfast was excellent. Very fresh fruit, delicious croissants & cakes, very friendly & helpful staff.

The apartment building was very very old and the pictures are from hotel not apartment. All the electrical tools are very old and some of not working. Waste of money and I could not review zero. I am wondering how they advertise with good pictures and provide old old building.

Was very old and pictures was not same. Oven andMicrowave didn’t work. The apartment did not have proper lift to carry your luggages. It was tiny lift and You had to cut cary your from street and couldn’t fit in the tiny lift. So need to cary all of them with little kids your self.

Amazing Breakfast and very close to the Airport.Nice and beautiful installations, very modern and cozy.

The staff were fine, especially Laura. The garden was nice and the showers in the hotel. In the apartment, the space and the amenities e.g. washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge.

The location although the bus takes you to the main transport area. Taxis are fantastic from the hotel, but depending on the time and location we found it difficult to get a return cab.

Design of hotel is very unique. All things are perfect and having washing machine free in hotel and iron in the garage parking.

No USB port in bed console but there’s socket needs adapter. Location is a little far from Pisa Tower.

It’s not what we expected, very retro, but we liked it. We were upgraded to two connecting rooms which was very kind

Unique style is a positive thing. Reception very professional and helpful.

The smell of water was bad. Far away from the city. Not the best value for money.

Beautiful modern hotel, very quiet, good for a relaxing few days.

Good food but the same menu for 3 nights.
