- Very clean. Very friendly, professional, helpful English speaking staff. They recommended an excellent restaurant walking distance from the hotel and helped us locate parking to go to the Tower of Pisa.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice and welcoming. Their restaurant also serves a variety of good food. Location is only 15 min away by car from Pisa tower.
A clean and nice hotel with good food in the restaurant. We stayed there for one night while traveling from Pisa, and it was a good experience. The hotel was convenient, and having cars available made it easy for us to go to the Pisa Tower. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The gym is a room and it’s small with just one treadmill do at busy times you may not get to use.

The front desk provided all the information we requested, especially since we arrived late in the day. He also provided information on the downtown area and recommended places to eat.
Personally, I prefer walk-in showers, but this is just nitpicking.

The bed was hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. The room was BASIC. If you only need stay one night and quick access to the Pisa Airport, this will serve that purpose.
The list is too long: I disliked the bed very uncomfortable, to bath/shower (very slippery), no room service, unappetising menu and the decor criminal given Italian taste.

24 hour front desk
We had to book a room in the last moment because of a delayed flight. While the staff was very friendly, the room is absolutely not worth the money. The wooden-like floor had holes, the walls were so thin that our bed shook when the kid next door was jumping (and shouting) on the bed, the location is not particularly attractive. Happy we had a place to stay for the night but cannot recommend.
Room was cool Staff exceedingly nice. Location out of the craziness but close enough to taxi it yo gurt was great.
The egg product was dismal. Hint. Don’t mess with eggs. Don’t add salt or water or milk etc. just cook eggs plain.
