Clean, bright, accommodating staff, reasonably priced

Good, clean and comfortable stay, decor a little worn in places but we would not hesitate to stay again. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us for our trip to airport. The cafe was really nice too.

Pleasant location of the hotel in a quiet piazza within comfortable walking distance of all the principal sights of interest. Friendly, hardworking staff who efficiently juggled managing both the 24 hour reception desk and a decent mini cafe/bar. Relatively spacious bedroom.

The mattress was too hard, for me, personally.

Very clean and cozy. Location was great for what we were visiting for. Staff were very friendly and having a mini cafe made for an excellent stay.

Very neat location, helpful stuff and well maintained facilities at a great price!Stuff was welcoming. High point is the Café with very high quality pastries, one of the best we found on Italy.

One silliness: the shower-head of our room was a bit loose, not staying easily in place.

The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant and friendly. The 24 hours cafe was excellent and very good value.

The beds were uncomfortable - too hard and my wife's bed had dips in it. If the beds were comfortable we would have rated excellent 10/10.

Within walking distance to main area of Pisa. The hotel has a nice cafe where you can get sweets and coffee anytime. Staff were helpfull and friendly.

If you are using the train, it is about 1.5 kilometer away. We took the bus and it took us pretty close to the hotel. The next day we decided to walk to the aiport (passing train station) with our carry on suitcase. It was a nice 40 minutes walk.

The breakfast was fine - staff were able to take my order easily, though the room wasn't really set up for breakfast as I'm not sure make 4+ groups could have sat together. The location was excellent. The air con generally worked well, though perhaps was a little too strong. I needed a blanket at night and might have come down with a cold or similar from it.

We liked the price. Beds were fine no plumbing issues for us. Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely old building, good location for exploring Pisa. We arrived early and were helped in by a very polite young man who stored our luggage. On check out, lady kindly arranged our taxi to the airport.

It’s tired - would benefit from updating and being furnished in keeping with the age of the building . Bedrooms clean but basic. Holes in the tiling in the bathroom around pipe works, just nut finished to a good standard. Fridge was old and damaged although once plugged in it did work. Our air conditioning didn’t work and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep our first night. When complaining told nothing could be done that night, no fans and no other room available. The 2nd night they did provide a fan.

Great location, no traffic during the night, friendly staff, elevator just in case it's needed.

Quite old hotel, tiny shower, things quite old inside, smelly room most likely from the dirty AC. No sound insulation from the main door to the corridor. I could hear the noise like the door was opened. Room 202.

Great location for a stay in Pisa, quite neighborhood, but very central. Super friendly and helpful staff. There is cafe where you can get breakfast right by the reception. Exceptionally clean in the room even though the hotel is super old.

The bed in the single room was quite old and and had a sort pit in a mattress. Quite old facilities.

Location was good. 12 to 15mins from leaning tower

The room was dated and bathroom smells old and musty. Plasters falling from the roof. The room AC was set at 27C which is not comfortable in an old building and the bad part is you cannot control the temperature. I have stayed at many different types of hotel but this is first time where I saw temp was fixed at 27C in the room.

We did not include breakfast but the bar downstairs offered great Cornettitu and cakes. We staid in the lobby after checkout for a couple of hours to shelter from the heat, which was greatly appreciated as our flight left in the evening. Great staff, very friendly

A 15 min walk from the duomo and tower, a bit long especially if it’s so very hot outside…

At breakfast they make you pay for the second coffee.Needs proper renovation; everything was broken.

The location was perfect for exploring the city due to its central location but was also nice and quiet at night. The room didn't have a kettle and I didn't book breakfast but there was no need for either as there is a fantastic 24h hour cafe located in the hotel. The cafe staff also look after the hotel and are very friendly and helpful.

The tv wasn't great but you don't come away to watch tv. I still would have liked a kettle in the room as I'm Scottish but I'm complaining about very minor issues.

This place was perfect. Great location, simple room, it wasn't anything super amazing or over the top. It was a crazy 5 star hotel, as someone who just hosted a yoga retreat and needed a couple of days by himself to decompress while exploring a new city, this place was exactly what I needed.
