Pros +
- This size didn't seem to be as large as advertised or perceived in the booking, but was certainly not inadequate and was a luxurious location while being so close to the leaning Tower of pisa. Stellar stay.
- Nice staff, optimal location and great to have protected parking behind the hotel. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good. This is a small family hotel so obviously don’t expect gym, room service etc, still clean and well kept.
- This hotel was close to the leaning tower. We stayed here one night and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Not a thing. Would love to stay again.
- Lack of elevator combined with our choice of top floor room, we were advised in advance so mostly our own fault. The view from our small room windows was somewhat restricted by some kind of net or mesh, not sure why but it is what it is. No big deal.
- Parking was a challenge as the entry to the lot behind the hotel was extremely narrow. (My brother drove the SUV we rented and I think he actually enjoyed the challenge.) There were a few steps to get luggage into the hotel. The beds could use memory foam toppers.

We liked the location as it was a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was nicely decorated and had a fridge. The breakfast was very good! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
There is not an elevator, and we were on the top floor. It can be a challenge with heavy bags.
The staff were friendly the room was good size
It wasn’t the main hotel it was an out building . It was dark with no windows and a small door . It was noisy and the car park was literally by the front door. The set out of the room was strange .
Close to Pisa tower!!! Nice breakfast with terrific coffee. Kind staff!
Pillows and bed were soft. Cold water in rooms.
Great locationVery pleasant staff
It was 2 star not 4 starVery expensive for what it was
It is not too far from the Pisa tower
Staff was unhelpful, there was no WiFi connection in the room which was located outside of the building. Despite raising the concerns no one came to verify and simply offer to come to the bar section which is not what is expected when you spend close to 290$ a night. It says 4 stars but it’s at best 2 stars just look at the photo of pseudo wardrobe. Unfortunately that was the last stop of my trip to Italy with the kids and it ended on a bad note.
Location
Room was so hot. The mini split AC wouldn't cool down the room until about 4am. We didn't get any rest at this place. I would not recommend this place.
Location is really good, walking distance to Pisa, staff is really so nice and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. I highly recommend for families who wants to visit Pisa.
The view was amazing the breakfast was good it was big room and very comfortable
There is no elevator but they inform this when you book. You can ask to stay on lower floor
Giusy did our morning with her amazing cappuccini!
Good thing is that hotel has parking. However if you have big car you have extremely narrow way to go to this parking. Nothing for small cars. At the same time the parking has interesting design (see foto).
Hotel has wow factor from outside. We had room 3 which has an amazing balcony looking out to front of hotel. Room was very palacial. Staff go above and beyond. Great value for money.
The location of the property is amazing, a few minute walk to the leaning tower and cathedral. We were originally impressed with our room - a large king bed for myself and sister and then a separate sliding door room for our mum to have her own bed / space. We had a nice view of the street, a balcony, the room was very authentically designed and we were pleased. The room was also super clean.
The room was SO hot and stuffy. Unbearable to sleep at night time - the bathroom radiator was on at all times and the air con didn’t work. Secondly, we had the cleaners clean our room and on our return from a long day in Florence our room was unlocked !! We went down to reception to explain what had happened as we were obviously very unhappy considering we have expensive belongings in there. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful or apologetic, she just said ‘well you asked for your room to be cleaned’ as if it was our fault. She reassigned our key and we took it on the chin. The second day we went out and came back to the SAME situation. Door unlocked, opening both ways, key flashing red. Evidently we were frustrated with this, i went down to reception to highlight that this has happened again and she just said ‘oh probably the cleaners’ and reassigned our key. When I said it has now happened twice and asked if it had happened to anyone else in the hotel she just said ‘no’ and again, didn’t apologise once or even attempt to explain or rectify the situation. I’d personally avoid this hotel for this reason. TWICE our belongings and room were put at risk and both times the staff didn’t care. It’s a shame as the hotel is in such a good location but I think the bad outweighs the good unfortunately. Stay somewhere else if you can.
Great service from all staff, very clean room and spacious room, perfect location in Pisa for the tower 3 minute walk to the grounds.
Really friendly staff - very welcoming and helpful. Location was excellent for the tower/cathedral complex. Breakfast simple but very pleasant.
Location was great, clean and nice breakfast
Shower didn’t work properly and bed was extremely creaky and uncomfortable in room 8
Really friendly staff, our room was nice and cozy. Everything was really clean and bed was nice. The location is excellent! The complex was a bit noisy. You could hear someone walking on the stairs, but not really annoying.
We were in an outside room with a obscure window
More natural light
Great location for everything; friendly welcoming staff and a very comfortable stay. We loved our room which was outside at the back of the hotel and had an outside space which was a great space to sit and relax. The bed was huge and sheets, room and towels etc were immaculately clean. The room had everything you might need nd we were impressed by the kindness of the staff.
There was nothing we would change or didn’t like.
