Free parking and big balcony although in winter we could not use it. Wifi worked well

Breakfast was very basic and overall the hotel is having a very bad sound isolation, so you should take your earplugs not to bother the sleep. It is convenient if you come by car and will go in to the city by car. Otherwise it is not convenient for public transport into Pisa as quite remote

Decent stay, but mostly a good place from which to visit either pisa, florence or lucca (by car, but also by bus + train). Room and hotel are as promised.

Relatively small rooms, and buses only go until 8pm or so, so in the evening a taxi is needed (+- 15 euros for 2 persons so not that expensive)

Close to swampy area, causing lots of bugs, including mosquitoes. Some found there way into my room.Construction on property, so could not avail myself of outside area.

I enjoyed mostly the breakfast and very kind staff. The location is perfect especially if you are traveling by car, the hotel offers plenty of parking lots. I strongly recommend this property if you are looking for a place with nice team and silent area?

Unfortunately, problem with water in shower but was quickly sorted (used shower in another room), hotel need a bit of an update but on the whole it's a good place to stay

A great hotel, a balance between price and quality. I stayed here for three nights. The advantages are a quiet location with mountain views from the terrace. The staff is friendly, good breakfast. Clean room, cleaned once a day. Clean bathroom without odor and clogged drains. On the way back from the center, the bus stops near the hotel.

Getting to the city center is a bit of a problem, you have to go to the bus stop, which is a 10-minute walk away. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, it's actually the outskirts of Pisa. The room I stayed in could use some cosmetic repairs. And my opinion is that there are definitely no three stars here. A solid one star. I was surprised that there was no kettle in the room, but there was a huge refrigerator. Is it so hard to put a kettle and a few tea bags?

Good choice for breakfast. Quiet place (only some days in the morning they were ringing the bell in a steeple. You can use the bus to get to the center but it is also possible to walk by foot. Nice room, clean, towels included. First we got a room right next to the elevator but we asked if it would be possible to change because of the noise and they immediately changed it :) Would recommend!

The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable was the toilet which was situated right to the corner of the sink, so for people with longer legs bit harder to get there but not impossible, just a detail :D

The location from Pisa tower or city center was far. Buses are not frequent. Taxi costed around €35.

Impeccable cleanliness, we felt safe. An extra comfort was given by the heat from the radiators. The balcony was big, large yard with parking spaces. Very good communication via WhatsApp

The smallest hotel room I've ever encountered, but for one night, it worked.There was no kettle for boiling water for tea or coffee, not even a glass to drink something. Nothing. Luckily we always have our own

Private parking space, close to city center by car. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We cloud stay with 2 dogs.

Room was cramped, we probably should have booked bigger room as we were traveling with dogs. Bathroom was comically small, I barely fitted into shower and my wife have had this problem as well.
