Great location, very near the tower. Bright room, nicely decorated, and recently updated bathroom. Staff very helpful.

We were on 4th floor and climbing the stairs with suit cases was tiring.

Location, it‘s fascinating! Less than 10 mins walk from the Tower and around 15 mins of walk to the railway station. Also the team is smiley and nice and allowed me to store my luggage before the train for a couple of hours.

It‘s a little bit outdated. Don’t get me wrong - I travelled a lot around Italy and I love the feeling of old things and capable to appreciate it. But here I had a feeling that the place isn‘t very well maintained, but it‘s not a complaint, it just makes sense to keep it in mind in order to manage expectations. For 1 night stay it‘s a good value for money, I think :) also shared bathroom experience isn‘t for everyone, but you know that before arrival

The location is good and good price too.

I found a used band-aid on the floor, which definitely proves the cleaning wasn’t thorough. More importantly I set to exit the hotel early in the morning, and so they told me during the check-in that I could leave the keys inside the lions’s mouth (a locker of sorts) and I could leave. When I tried to exit I realized that I needed the key to open the main door, a major oversight that could’ve been made explicit to me. I had no way to exit without the keys and almost lost my train. I was able to exit because luckily another guest kindly opened the door for me at 5 am.

Super helpful staff getting me checking in and oriented to Pisa as a concierge. Nearby location to historic sights, shopping and restaurants. Neighbor hood view from room with shutters opening up to sky view.

I was so hot at that day. It is hotter these days. Something about the location did not cool down at night. Not specific to room, there was a fan and a bathroom fan that didn't make it cool but the noise distracted me from the heat.

I really liked the „vintage“ style of the room. They kept it very well in shape. Receptionist was pretty chill and forthcoming. Very kind staff.

A bit noisy from the other rooms which you can hear through the walls. But you get used to it.

Excellent location,very close to Piazza de Miracoli & plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Property was in prime location, literally a two minute walk to Pisa Tower and other tourist destinations.

No fridge for the price to include, there was one piece of trash in the trash can.

- The room was clean.- Nice view.- Very good location.- Good service for the price.- I appreciate that a mosquito repellant was provided (although I was bitten despite of that).

- Air conditioner was very loud but not very effective.

Location was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable.

This location can't be beat--you are right by the tower. Tons of restaurants one block over, serving dinner late and coffee/breakfast early. Plenty of room for us to spread out in. No whining from kids about having to share beds.

Getting there in your own/rental car is a little difficult, and then you have to pay to park 10 min away.Air conditioning did not work (and I deliberately picked a place with a/c), ceiling fans made weird noises at many speeds, and it was a hot and humid night. Windows/doors opened into the main courtyard, and we weren't comfortable leaving them open all night, especially with people smoking right outside. I can put up with a lot for just one night, though, especially given the location.Breakfast didn't look like anything special for the money, so we went to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Location was great. literally 2 minutes from the Tower and the main road with all restaurants. Room was small but nice and clean. Staff was really welcoming. Great Experience

just because i have to point something out, no coffee in the morning downstairs. even though there was a coffee machine. However it was not a big deal for us. Maybe a mini fridge and a safe in the room would have made this place perfect.

The staff was very kind and helpful — they offered us a ground-level room instead of the fourth floor, which was perfect for our family. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture and had a very pleasant stay.

My room was very clean. I had everything I needed - a hairdryer, AC, towels, Tv and a beautiful window view. The location is great- literally 2mins away from the tower. You will also find great restaurants around. Everything is a walkable distance.

Since it’s in the main part of the city it might be a little bit loud sometimes but I knew about it choosing that place.

Excellent location to the leaning tower of Pisa - literally around the corner. Lots of restaurants etc. for a nice meal nearby with souvenir shops etc. Room was a good size. Price was extremely reasonable given it was the height of summer when we visited. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no air con! Only a ceiling fan and the room was so hot. Bed was not overly comfortable. Although I say all this bearing in mind the value for money and proximity to the tower. Good for a single nights visit.

No lift and no one wanting to help us with buggy, car seat, bags etc. Early check out.
