Friendly staff, beautiful view of the leaning tower from our terrace!!

The hotel was very nice but the electric in the bathroom would not support their hairdryer or our hair straightener, kind of annoying but still a very nice place!!

Every thing, pay for parking, nasty bathroom even the trashcan was broken, it isn't a 5 star hotel

Fairly close to the Pisa Tower, although not as quick of a walking distance as they state. Probably more like 15-20minute walk.

The shower heads were in impossible positions. I had to kneel on the floor to use the lower head and my husband couldn't get the upper head to work. The door hinge to the balcony was broken, which we reported, but the front desk staff said it was fine.

Hotel has very messy appearance. Staff act like they¿re bothered by guests.

The deluxe room was upgraded to the junior suite which was very spacious and clean. It was also very quiet without any smoke smell as opposed it to the fact that it is unfortunately very common in Italy even in smoke free hotels. Helpful sta

The location and the staff. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

Shower was blocked so water didn't drain. I was only there for one night so only had one shower, not worth complaining about. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful.

There was a beautiful balcony that overlooked the Leaning Tower of Pisa where you could watch the sunset period it was also very clean and the rooms were exceptionally large

Although it was a very nice hotel it was not a 5-star hotel probably more a four star and the location if you didn't have a car are you were kind of stuck there

The installations are nice clean, and spacious.

Service is not great, and attention to detail is lacking for the price of the accommodation. Breakfast is managed by a different company, so you have to pay separately. The selection is fairly diverse, though there isn’t much fruit. If you pay and request an invoice, you’ll likely never receive it, even after asking five times, which is quite normal for the Italian inefficiency culture. They work at a different pace and often seem annoyed by simple, normal requests, so you need a lot of patience.

Internet was extremely complicated to connect something that I never managed to do.Breakfast area was hectic with loud music as if it was a club

The only things I truly enjoyed were the location and the swimming pool.

This hotel is supposed to be a 5-star property, but unfortunately it is far from that. The breakfast lacks variety, the prices are extremely high for very limited and ordinary options, and even the in room amenities in the ‘Superior’ room are not complimentary. It is the first time I have seen a so called 5-star hotel operate this way

Location a little far from town but not the fault of the hotel.

The kind receptionist (Sherif) upgraded 2 of our rooms to nice spacious suites.

I booked a twin room on booking.com - and the detail didn't get given to the hotel. Another guest at the hotel was happy to swap with us - thanks to her!the staff said I was lying, he didn't do anything to try and accomodate us, he shushed me repeatedly and we booked a premium room and was given the basic room.
