Very dated and not kept. The window of our room faced the Main street in front of of the hotel and because it didn’t close well the cold and noise was coming through. The noise from downstairs in the street was so loud and vivid it almost felt that I was sleeping outside. The AC/heating vents need cleaning. I started the heating and o could see the dust coming though the vents into the room. Breakfast was below average.

The bathroom stunk the entire time. I don’t know what was going on with it. Also there was a rain showerhead with no water pressure. I would have rather had a handheld/wand attachment with better water pressure for showering. I was unable to wash my hair because the pressure was so bad.

Right near the Pisa tower, we could see it from our window.

The hotel is very old, the walls were flaking off in some places. Bathroom door was wooden and in a very bad state, didn’t even close fully. The bathtub at least was renovated.Our room had only one socket and not even near the bed (plus one in the bathroom) which made it hard to charge all needed devices.Also pillows were horrible. Not even a tea kettle in the room. Breakfast was very basic and with not a lot of options to choose from.

Location was perfect. 300 metres from the Tower. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Also communication months prior to our stay, was excellent. As we were driving a car through a ZTL I was concerned but the hotel sent very clear and specific instructions which were very helpful on the day we arrived. I was very happy with the underground parking arrangements to. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed walking the local area and sampling the local foods and drinks.

Old fashioned. Although the bathroom is big enough the shower is very small. Wall are so thin that you have all sounds around. Not sure but there is always construction even on Sundays.

Getting in and out of the tall bathtub without a handhold was tricky. Some rooms may have step-in showers.

Booked for EXCELLENT LOCATION - just a few steps from the iconic Leaning Tower square where the tower, museum, and cathedral are located. Tickets have timed entrances. Easy walk back and forth allows you to return to hotel room when needed and quickly return to sites. Despite hotel's location on a busy street, the simple, clean rooms are very quiet. The rooftop restaurant in Sept 2025 was 3x EXCELLENT - Great service, food (not cafe/tourist food) and, of course, the view cannot be beat. Rooftop restaurant was a VERY NICE surprise. Breakfast on mezzanine was average. NOTE: Personal backpacks and purses are not allowed in the tower. Lockers are provided in the compound area but give yourself a few minutes before your designated entrance time to put items away.

To be fair, for the price, this is probably one of the best locations to stay in Pisa.The bedroom, although a little space, was comfortable and reasonably clean, with a safe and a fridge stocked with soft drinks.The breakfast was very good, more than we'd expected to be honest, with an excellent variety of food to choose from.Overall, for a couple of nights in Pisa, I think it's definitely worth staying here if you're going to base your visit on the tower and basilica museums.

Hotel is quite old and on the man street.At 6'00 AM oclock they is is cleaning staff on the street super, super noisy about 20 min..There is no really place to charge the phone in the room.Breakfast is rather poor.

Excellent location, very central, short walk to Leaning Tower and restaurants.Very good breakfast with plenty of choicesRoom was very quite and comfortable , however very dated.I would stay here again if I return to Pisa
