Cons -
- great room was old and not clean bathroom didn't have toilet paper
- I’m a little fussy , so I like firmer mattress and them to be rotated regularly
- Location is bad, just outside Piazza dei Miracoli. If you want to sleep well, go somewhere else because at 5 am usually they start cleaning the streets and open the market.

The only good thing about this hotel would be the beds. They’re extremely comfortable. The location is also great if you are touring the Leaning Tower.
For starters, there are street vendors right outside the door, the room was extremely stuffy, the shower head was filled with dirt / who knows what else, and the “a/c” didn’t even work.
clean, location
there is no soundisiolation in the room. i couldnt sleep. peaople run and screemed in the corridor all night.
If you have very strict standards and are easily bothered by imperfections and everything have too look extra clean, well this hotel is not for you. But if you’re just looking for a functional place and don’t expect luxury, it does the job. The bed is comfortable, it has a private bathroom, and for €60 per night, the location is unbeatable—right in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.To put a perfect example the Staying here feels like being at your grandmother’s house, with a simple room and its own shower. The bathroom’s cleanliness is acceptable (though not perfect), and the sheets were clean. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes in the room, which the hotel can’t really control if previous guests smoked.Overall, it’s a decent option for a one-night stay if location matters more to you than perfection.
They could definitely use cleaning products to eliminate the smell of cigarettes from previous guests and provide larger soaps in the bathrooms for showering.
The bed is super clean, and the double-bed room is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The bed was very soft and comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. The given price for the stay, counting the proximity to Pisa Tower—which is literally 5 minutes of walking—is actually a bang for the buck.
The wifi signal in the room is super weak. It is understandable, as most of the hostels I had been to in Italy only have wifi in the common sitting zone. However, since this is a hotel I expect a more comfortable experience.
1 Location was good2. Room was good3. Bathroom was good
1. Hotel did not let do bit early check in even room was empty. hotel business depends on hospitality. going 1 step ahead is what customer will like.
The room was comfortable.
The shower did not heat up and the sky light curtain was screwed closed.
Good Central Location in Pisa 2 min walk from Tower Of Pisa Good Value For Money
Bed Was Very Small Shower Was Small
The location is excellent. It is right next to the leaning tower of Pisa complex. Outside the hotel there is a gap on the wall where you can enter the site. It is also right next to Mc Donalds, cafe and ice cream place. Outside it markets and these were lovely to see.
There was no coffee facilities in the hotel but there is a coffee shop right near the hotel.
Reception available for very late / very early check-out, Possibility of letting the luggage at the reception for a few hours, Very polite personnel
Small room, Uncomfortable bed, No breakfast included in the price, Cold room, Ichy bed sheets, No window - no natural light (roof window) - if you need something to commute to Pisa airport and you need a place to sleep, it is ok, otherwise it is not a hotel (maybe a hostel with high prices)
If you are looking for a hotel near the cathedral complex, this one is just around the corner. This made it very easy to go to the complex first thing in the morning quickly. I also liked that the room had an extra blanket available. There is not much else around in this area, but getting to the central part of town was only a 15-20-minute walk. The hotel is old, but they try to keep it looking okay and do an okay job of cleaning. When I checked in, the bathroom smelled of bleach, indicating that it had a good cleaning after the last guest.
My booked room was unavailable, so they put me in a family room. However, they clarified that I could not use/sleep on the larger bed in the room and could only use the single bed. I found that a bit funny since it was their issue that my booked room was getting repaired. However, the smaller bed was very comfortable, so not an issue in the long run. However, my main complaint was that the mosquitos were intense in the room, and I had SO many bites from sleeping one night. They would buzz around my ear while I was asleep and wake me up. Old blood splatters on the white walls might indicate a continued problem. I understand mosquitoes can't be avoided; however, perhaps leave a repellent plug inside the room or make some effort to help the staying guest combat the issue and promote comfort.
Great location, just beside the towel
The smell and the facilities, I have to book another hotel because I couldn’t stay there
The location is amazing
Worst hotel I've stayed in. Staff were so rude. I arrived and got "NAME" "PASSPORT" "YOU'RE IN ROOM X" and that was it! I had to change room as the ceiling started leaking. This happened while I was out and apparently cleaning staff reported it. Management had arranged a room change (to their credit!) but no one communicated with me that they had already switched my room- cue two staff having heated conversation right in front of me. In second room, there was a brown stain on the blanket/duvet when I got there and despite the change in sheets this was not changed/replaced. The bathroom in my second room had a leaking ceiling fan. Was literally dripping with a massive damp patch around the fan. The rooms are so run down & such a shame as with a little bit of investment they would be great. I had an IKEA nightstand (nothing wrong with IKEA!) but it was all scratched and the veneer was clipped and damaged around the edge. They need to watch some episodes of hotel inspector to get some ideas on how some small changes could actually make a massive difference. Even the lighting is absolutely awful and glaring. I stay in a hotel as a place to put my head down. It can be basic. In fact sometimes that's preferred. But I do expect the staff to say more than 1-word sentences. Heaven forbid smile! Right now they are communicating "I hate my job!" I definitely expect the room to be clean & without structural deficits. I'm shocked it's rated as 3 star!
The location is perfect for sightseeing. The Pisa towers and cathedral not even 5 min walk from the hotel. Also convenient location as bus stop that you can get bus to train station and back was just across the road. Air con in the room was great and fresh towels every day.
The cleanliness of the room was not great- hair in shower nail clippings on the floor of the room on checkin. The mini fridge was mouldy and leaking. Small bed with wear and tear marks
Near the leaning tower24 hour concierge
Bed poorNot even a chairNot even a glass to drink fromTerrace doesn’t look like picture above We both got bitten badly in the bed
room and the view of Tower of Pisa, customer service was really good and there weren't any concerns
I liked the room, but they were some mosquitoes around and also the toilet was quite smelly (in room 2)
Location- 1min walk from the Tower of Pisa
Everything - hotel is dated and it is in reality 1star hotel, maybe even hostel. From entrance doors ,reception to room itself everything is broken, scratched, paint is peeling off etc. Our room was size of a doorm room, with 2 old dirty beds and ridiculously dirty and dated bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous co ditions. Will avoid and suggest everyone does the same
location only
Used the room only for couple of hours, just to change and to take shower, couldn't stay longer, due to a strong smell in the room
