Good hotel, very good breakfast buffet. Staff was excellent

Hotel linens are somewhat outdated, but overall, wonderful hotel

Hotel was nice but without the use of the pool and the beach it was a waste of time based on why this hotel was booked versus another hotel.

The hotel shows a nice pool and beach but both were closed the entire stay. Weather was great and only booked this location because of the pool and beach. Would be nice to notify or let people know when booking or on the website.

great hotel, far exceeded expectations. My only regret was that I was only there 1 night. Great staff too.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beach and mountain view was nice. Breakfast was good.

The property isn't brand new, but it's very well-maintained. Its lakeshore location is perfect. Free parking is conveniently available nearby, with a permit provided by the hotel. Breakfast was good.

I was a little uncomfortable with some of the other guests, who appeared to be russian.

We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The room is ok, we had a great view of sunset. The location is good because its near restaurants beach pharmacy grocery and bus stop.

What i didnt like is the aircon because there was no button in the room to change temperature. and there was no room slippers ? but still we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great and beautiful. Good price.

Not enough towels. The "comforter" top was a single sheet. Bed was not comfortable.

Hotel did not run air conditioner. They only run it from 15th May not before. Only fan was on and instead of cooling it heated my room. i was awake most of night...then i had to open windows.

Great Hotel!! The room is very nice, all the staff are excellent and the breakfast is great.

Location on the beach and close to Pisa was convenient.

Pool not open…missed that when booking…and very little open at the time we visited.

The hotel's breakfast was good and the location is excellent next to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The hotel is pretty old and not properly maintained. Breakfast is only served in the garden with no indoor options. We couldn't enjoy it very much as there were just a few shaded spots and alot of bees and flies.It's a 4 star hotel with no concierge and 4 star services and amenities.

Pool was closed even though advertised as facility.Breakfast was mediocre - no omelette or fried eggs. No fresh juice. Low quality bread.

Lovely hotel private beach so near and just fab.Facilities cleaned daily fresh towels etc.

The bus stop is conveniently located outside the hotel and runs frequently but very difficult to find the shop that sells the tickets and bus drivers very rude .One could use credit card but system doesn't take 2 passengers on one credit card

The staff was very nice and helpful,. They did give us a free room upgrade.

The bed was very hard, there was mold in the shower bottom edges that needed new chalking and cleaned, room number 357.

Great location, good pool for swimming training

Not sure this should be classed as a 4 star hotel. Rooms very basic, not all rooms have balconies and no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Hotel staff were great, the lifeguards were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s also worth noting the beach chairs are beck chairs and not sun loungers, you have to pay extra for sun loungers.

Pool was great kids loved it, access to the beach was also great kids loved it, breakfast was great for the kids aswell.

The condition of the room.Socket over the bed with a table lamp laying on the pillow, could easy strangle your self in the night if left plugged in, broken light switch above the bed pillow as well(could not use it), trailing wires exposed, for young kids this could be a hazard. Shower room was very tiny, build up of dirt in places, and broken shower tray, build up of mould and limescale around the shower room
